I was 1 when I started playing Nine Circles as it was the first level I played with that thing, then I became 2 when I was playing Fairydust and now I feel I'm becoming 1 again as I'm playing Hi
Litteraly no point doing 1 in symmetrical duals because if you keep them separated like in number 2 you can just focus on the bottom half of the screen and just forget about the part even being a dual
i will do the right side however in levels like aleph-0 that force you to do the left side in order to avoid a portal transition i will not take the added difficulty from right side and do left side
2 for hard demons and lower, 1 for insane+ demons. If it’s insane or higher I know the wave is hard enough where it’s worth learning how to do 1 for less inputs
It's dependent on structure. If I see what's pictured here I'm doing 1 for simplicity unless it's tied to a poor transition later and I have to do 2. In spots like the NC or jawbreaker last wave part 2 is the objectively better choice due to structure. Hi by krmal opens with a wave that practically demands the use of 1.
Tl;dr: structuring matters
2 because that's how I did it in the first time I play it and it's feels really easy for me now.
maybe if I did it like 1 it would be easier in my opinion.
Obviously 2. I guess pros do 1 cause it takes less inputs so if you get used to it it's easier physically especially at high cps but it's also innatural and way harder both mentally and visually because they cross.
i've done 1 for my nc completion and most likely will keep doing 1 (less clicks = easier and i think it's not hard at all to keep track of which wave is which as long as your player colors are different enough)
when corridors are pretty open, the right one
when i have very little room, the left one since i'd rather have more confusing gravity, but have less inputs that i could fail on
2. It also depends, some levels I am forced to do 1 or its somehow better on certain click patterns or something like that (like hi by krmal)
Yeah same 2 is the way I always do it unless the level forces you. I think Future Funk II actually has a creative wave where you have to do both
Me when people forget that Colorful overnight did that first:
It's an underrated level
I was 2 but since I started playing Hi (and ended up beating it) I became a 1.
I was 1 when I started playing Nine Circles as it was the first level I played with that thing, then I became 2 when I was playing Fairydust and now I feel I'm becoming 1 again as I'm playing Hi
i hate levels that force you to do it one way
2
2 and if you chose 1 you have mental problems or you’re really good
i do it when the gameplay forces me to do it like tidal wave's 86% wave dual
1 is literally just an easier 2
nah it’s just harder to keep track of
Honestly skill issue. Once you get used to it, it becomes so much easier than 2 (that being said I don't like high cps so maybe that's why)
i mean your hardest is acu so maybe you havent been forced to do that before
future funk 2 forces you to do that and it'd be a lot easier if i could just do it the second way.
YOU find it harder to keep track of, meaning skill issue
Stfu
Am I wrong
Balengu forced me into the habit of 1
1 has less clicks therefore a lower chance to mess up right? I haven't seen many people do 2 tbh
but it snaps my brain in half
Litteraly no point doing 1 in symmetrical duals because if you keep them separated like in number 2 you can just focus on the bottom half of the screen and just forget about the part even being a dual
Is there a difference between those two
I do 2 but think i did 1 and fucking die
2 but 1 if I have to, such as when it is too tight to do twice the amount of timings (ex. Hi by krmal)
Same
Depends on what I find more comfortable or consistent with the rest of my muscle memory
I do 2, but if if feels smoother to do i’ll go with 1
I'm right btw you guys saying "1" and "2" is culturally insensitive. In Japan they read stuff from right to left. /j
Redditors trying not to reference Japan challenge (impossible)
*Oh so you are Japanese? Read right to left" Works every time
Only Japan? What about the Arabian language?
You mean right to left? Because they do that in english too… Btw i speak hebrew so this *was* actually confusing for me for a second
yeah right to left lmao. I'm a dumbass
Least lonely weeb on reddit
usually 2 but i do 1 if i want a little razzle dazzle
1
for some reason 1 is more consistent for me
Personally I’m a bottom
1 for mini, 2 for normal (reason why is my flair)
I prefer doing 2, but there are situations where one just works out better. Depends on the gameplay before and after
2nd is the only correct answer
2
It depends on the level. If it’s very complex I often try the second one since I seems easier but the first one is more advanced 👍
second one but if it's not too fast then maybe i'll do the first sometimes
i will do the right side however in levels like aleph-0 that force you to do the left side in order to avoid a portal transition i will not take the added difficulty from right side and do left side
2 but sometimes 1 works better, depends on the level but 2 feels better to do so I do it whenever I can
2
1 by far
right gang for life
I always keep track of the bottom dual, so i like to keep them seperated and not crossing so I do 2.
Same
Number 2. Number 1 only applies to blast processing coin 1.
#2 is instinctual. #1 is consistency
Everyone’s saying 2 but 1 looks cooler.
1
2 for hard demons and lower, 1 for insane+ demons. If it’s insane or higher I know the wave is hard enough where it’s worth learning how to do 1 for less inputs
2
1 when the gap is wide enough to fit in with ease, 2 when it's tight and I need to be precise with it
One
The only level I've had to do this so far was blast processing, I did 2 :D
rng based
Depends on the level or if I'm feeling ballsy enough. Standard NC level? Right. Hi by krmal? Left.
2
2 but i do 1 on hypnotic travel just to be quirky
The one who died at the start
left is just easier and more satisfying
Depends on how hard it is. First one means less timings, but I like 2nd one more
2 for sure
2. Got killed for doing 1 before and not letting that happen again
2
2
I think Im the only one here who does 1
2
i always lose track of whats happening if i do the first one
1st if it’s sakupen circles
Please label them I'm a Single Corner
2 i just have more control.
sometimes 2 or 1... idk in some levels i find 1 easier and in other 2
Even though 2 has more clicks, I find it easier
1
i do the second one because i find it much easier
nornally 2 but there are situations where i do 1 for the sake of making the next click easier/not make the part harder for me
*death sound*

I prefer to click only once
The right one. If the left one is avoidable and you still do it, I'll keep my distance to you.
Is it aligned?
2 all day
2
1 because its always cooler
Second one
2
2
Right but I'd do left if the gameplay requires me to
Depends on whether I'm Happy or not
Depends
Number 2 cuz it's easier to read fsr number 1 looks better tho
the second one the first one feel weird when I do it
1
I'm the second usually
Boty
2 because that's how I did it in the first time I play it and it's feels really easy for me now. maybe if I did it like 1 it would be easier in my opinion.
2nd
But what if I do both things?
2
2, very 2, excessively 2, mostly cuz 1 is tricky to pull off when you focus on both wave movements, at least for me
Second one
Depends on if I'm stressed as shit or as fuck
Two is better, one looks cooler but is just too risky.
1 is easy and unstressful
If you are not doing number 2, there is a mental hospital bring built for you
2 because it's easier to keep track of :P
Second
Yes
The type that Can't do dual wave.
Obviously 2. I guess pros do 1 cause it takes less inputs so if you get used to it it's easier physically especially at high cps but it's also innatural and way harder both mentally and visually because they cross.
1st is ideal since I feel like I have more control and it takes less clicks, sometimes the 2nd is just easier though.
i feel like everyone does 2
2 af
Right image, easier to control for me
2nd
1
The least confusing one
right one
depends on muscle memory
1 confuses me
I’m not consistent with one or the other, so idk
2
1: insane people who don’t deserve to have lives 2: average gd player
I do 2 because less clicks = easier
I'm in the first category
idk why but i find the left one WAYYY harder even though it should be easier since it’s less inputs
1
2 depends on level too but if it is choice, then 2
2 is just harder, why would you do it like that
2. 1 if necessary. But ill never do 1 willingly; it throws me off
2nd
2
2 if symmetrical, 1 if spam/asymmetrical. Much easier to keep track of personally
right
number 2
Nomber two feels much more natural for me :)
i've done 1 for my nc completion and most likely will keep doing 1 (less clicks = easier and i think it's not hard at all to keep track of which wave is which as long as your player colors are different enough)
Most likely 2nd. I will die if I do 1st.
2nd one usually
the first one feels like a crime 😡
Neither I just always stay down
when corridors are pretty open, the right one when i have very little room, the left one since i'd rather have more confusing gravity, but have less inputs that i could fail on
1’s are psychopaths
2 because I get less confused (I focus alot on the bottom wave because it has normal gravity)
