I mean I don't actively listen to most music from gd but I really enjoy a lot of the songs in levels.
I took a 2 year break from gd and upon returning the demons list had entirely changed. After watching slaughterhouse for the first time with the super distorted music as well as the massive difficulty increase it has become one of my favourite levels and my favourite song in gd. Like it genuinely sounds like the depths of hell, it's so cool
Shiver by False Noise (cold sweat song) and in general any False Noise song, I love them. I also like "of ambrosia" by Frums (from the level "of ambrosia").
this may be avery popular opinion, but i think freedom08 just goes so well with the sync factor of the demon, and the art style just brings it up more :)

My favorite song is Bouncy BitHouse by OcularNebula. Serponge used it in a 1.9 level he made but I forgot the name. I haven't beat it yet cause it has a bit of janky gameplay and im bad at the game, but it looks really cool for 1.9.
