We have laws but no enforcement. If people’ are being jailed left right center, I don’t think anyone will join the corruption game. But here’s Ghana, once u get arrested, just call whom u know in the highest order, you’ll be free 😕
It’s the delusion for me. Obviously y’all ain’t angry enough to demand a change. God gave you the tools and free will to deal with these situations accordingly.
A proper investigation would quickly identify those behind the scam.
Believe it or not, they have created a completely fake primary school drawing salaries for the whole staff. This is not just about unreported deaths. It's insiders pulling off these schemes making huge amounts of money.
I have never heard about anyone being taken to court for this kind of fraud? Why? Investigations are stopped in their tracks by those who are able to do that.
Similar to Galamsey. Never anyone going to court except some Chinese scapegoats.

They have ‘names’ alright but the owners of those names are nowhere to be found. They are either people who are deceased, retired or just missing.
