Correct, it's Homer Murray, as some other BTS shows him hanging out with his dad and Dan Ackroyd during the Hotel scene (I think) which is the same shot as where Harold's daughter was hugging him in his Spengler outfit.
Despite the other three looking like they do in the key art for the first movie? Not likely.

It's Homer Murray since he was shown in a few BTS photos with Bill and Dan chilling during the Sedgewick Hotel scene takes (The other ones show Harold with his daughter which puts that one where Spengler is using the PKE meter and pushes one of the Sedgewick's hotel guest to see if he was real or not)
Any death or tragedy of a person does not affect a role. Especially 30 years later. Heck there were several deaths on the Poltergiest films and they still made 3 of them, the last one with the lead child actress having died halfway through filming so they used stand ins to finish the film.
I normally would agree that the show still goes on but I've never seen anyone touch a character after a suicide. I could be wrong. I can't think of any other Hollywood suicides off the top of my head. I just don't think Sony will touch the character.

There's so much tragedy around the actor that I doubt they'll ever touch that character. Oscar no longer exists in Ghostbusters mythos, only as a baby
