All Rolls have went seriously downhill in the last couple of years.Aulds Rolls especially.Bought 4 last Saturday and the 2 I kept for Sunday were done.Fell apart as soon as the Butter(Soft) touched the first one. They don't last now
Gangster rolls
Edit: I’m not just making a joke, they’re actually allegedly involved in serious organised crime

I noticed the same, but luckily tesco have a big box of them that you can see the rolls, so I pick the big ones... sometimes I have got there at the end of the day and there are only the small ones left so I know your pain.
I can confirm that this is not true. I bought some from Morrisons and they were that big the square sausage was tiny in comparison. I’m sure it’s down to the fact batches can vary in size
Open the bags and rifle through them all until you find the bigger ones, take these to pay but leave the rest open for the next person to rummage.
And make sure you leave your prints in the bread so the others know that these have not been deemed good enough
how do you know the square sausages aren't getting bigger?
We should be so lucky!
I could live with this
Nae rolls, mate.
How no?
The McGees rolls at my local corner shop are now 45p a piece. Seem to be the same size but nearly doubled in price over the past few years
There is a corner shop that I go go to quite often and they do a 4 pack of McGhees for £1.45. Personally I prefer Mortons though.
Considering the war in Ukraine, you can blame the Russians for the price increase for good old wheat. Its shite.
They are only crispy once a week if you're lucky too.
Id noticed the same with Hovis bread loaves as well, much smaller slices.
Looks like some loaves have dropped 150g! Same price of course
They are the same size m8, its just that they have increase the parameters on the square sosijees.
Maybe your hands are getting bigger. Check your thyroids or something, I dunno.

Headline: ROLLS DOWNHILL
Morton's rolls are shite, downvote away but someone had to say it.
Absolute cretin you must be.

Not under new ownership now?
Can be hard to tell if that’s new ownership or “new ownership”
Can't say I have noticed this, the one's I get seem fine.

50p each in Tesco, rip-off
