Dynamic Gold S200 is the vokey wedge flex

monkman99

Ok cool thanks. And how do you feel about a 54? Never used one and was actually wanting a 56 but this thing looked good and there wasn’t a 56

Training_Swimming358

I have a Zipcore 54 bent to 55. I went that route so I would have more bounce as opposed to bending a 56 to 55.

monkman99

Oh that’s cool so if I guy likes less bounce then get higher degree and bend lower

Training_Swimming358

You got it.

Bird2525

Same here. Love my zipcore mid.

Extension-Seat-7640

Not much difference imo. You can always get it bent to 56° if necessary

Amazing_Bowl9976

You’ll alter the bounce in this case, but otherwise this is very true and I don’t think many people think of it as a solution

Consistent_Net_5532

A lot of people forget this. One degree change of loft =one degree change in bounce

monkman99

Update. Went and tried her out and she’s a beaut.

monkman99

Not sure why Reddit required me to make the post NSFW… wedge porn?

Puzzleheaded_Note673

Possibly shaft?

monkman99

Dirty

Puzzleheaded_Note673

😂

ReneDickart

It’s basically a slightly lighter and smoother stiff flex. Specifically DG S200 most of the time. You should almost never swing all out with a wedge, so this makes sense for 99% of golfers.

Extension-Seat-7640

127 grams

ReneDickart

Correct, slightly lighter than S300.

RPM_Rocket

"It's never the club, it's always you" -- advice I was given by an old scratch golfer

monkman99

Yeah totally. The only thing re ‘the club’ is how it looks behind the ball. Like the leading edge. I’ve had a few wedges that scared the shit out of me when I looked at them. And you can imagine the highlight reel…

Mysterious-Ad6835

Wedge flex for me just leads to sky balls, not a huge fan of it. Probably just regular flex or a lighter stiff flex

monkman99

Yeah weird. Do they just make up a name for a flex? Glad they didn’t use 4 Iron flex. I want to go hit some pitches and not sure if I should use it
