Looks suspect, never seen one with the little dots in the spoke design of the weights. The screw for the weight looks suspect as well, doesn't have the defined flat ring on the screw head before it slopes into the torx bit. The tips of the spoke design on the weight are an inconsistent size, I wouldn't trust it.
Then how come every single picture I've seen of the original white hot OG line doesn't have those little dots in between the spokes of the weight design?
Perhaps the weights with the dots are either a heavier or lighter version of the stock weights installed depending on length. Every press photo and online listing I've seen do not show weights with the dots

Then you might be looking at fake ones? I don't know. What I do know is that I own this series and they do have the 'dots' you refer to.
