I have to agree. I got excited when she said she was a mythical beast and when we saw the tweets expressing how she wanted to be on the show but then she barely said anything and didn’t add anything interesting to the table.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought it seemed awkward. Link was clearly trying to draw her out and get her in one the fun but it was isn’t working.

I think some people are just quieter. Ofc you are entitled to feel that she brought nothing to it, but just adding my two cents: I liked the quiet chemistry she had with Link, you could tell in a couple of moments that she was familiar with his personality and I enjoyed watching their banter! I also think her more chill presence made the boys act a bit more out there and they seemed to have more of that strange energy I enjoy in GMM so much. Just the presence of someone to counter balance them allowed them/"forced them" to be a bit more high energy to try and coax her out of her shell. I can see what yall are saying but I acc think it made it a better episode
I usually know all the guests for the most part with some exceptions. But once I looked her up I found out she grew up in the same state, and went to school like an hour or so from me which is cool. Plus she’s just about my age and seemed pretty down to earth

Depends on the guest. It's honestly hard to riff off of two people who are childhood friends but Rhett and Link try to be accommodating. Just sometimes the chemistry isn't there or feels a bit forced
Agree, it seems like they are walking on eggshells with the guests a lot of the time and rigging the games so that they win or can cop out of the really awkward or gross stuff. It's always a breath of fresh air when you get someone like Rainn Wilson who legitimately seems like he is trying to get the disgusting stuff to happen to him.

It's just how culture is these days. People aren't all listening to the same radio singles any more, everyone is in their own little personal recommendation silos. An artist can be known and loved by millions of people and completely unknown by every single other person on the planet.

Well, she is both. She is a celebrity but also has been a fan of the show, similar to when they had post malone on and when they had Madison beer. Madison and lizzy were both kind of nervous, but I would be too if I was meeting rhett and link.
