Stabbing a home is some of the worst advice I've ever seen on this sub. First of all the cans are far too dull to penetrate even a wooden home. So you're just going to make the home angry and since most homes tend to be violent you're in for one hell of a retaliation. Perhaps trade the paint for an axe or a flamethrower or a device that creates tornados which I'm sure others have already suggested I didn't read most of the replies.
Now that I think about it that's probably a typo. You obviously meant to say stab a homeless which I think is a great use of old cans. Make sure to sharpen them up with a whetstone and wear gloves as to minimize any contact with Fentanyl, meth, booze and hep C likely to leak or spurt from most homeless when wounded. If the bum brandishes a syringe be cautious. At that point you're better off throwing some change at them and fleeing. I know you want that bum deceased, I would too it's the easiest way to steal their dope but its not worth catching AIDS.
TLDR: if you don't have a tornado machine then look for other ways to get some Fetti.

Walk the tracks. Tag, bomb.. etc take the train downtown and find spots alleys etc to practice.. or a local grocery store to practice your flow on the back wall. Be creative and hope you get happy with your tag and eventually get your name up in spots more people will see them

Match up the cans you have to coloring pencils or markers you have, experiment with color combinations on paper before you waste paint, you’re not gonna have people tutorial you through a whole piece starting from colors.

8/79 are busted. The rest is feeling a bit old, put work perfectly fine, tried them all out real quick (1-2 sprays in the air)
You can always stab a home in the bottom of the can and if there's still pressure in there you could paint with it
