Edibles increase my heart rate, which can throw me into a panic attack. Have had some very unpleasant, long hours, so I’ll never touch any of it again. Alcohol does the same to me.
Very interesting! I had a similar experience and didn’t know if it was a coincidence or not. I used to take full spectrum CBD regularly in the evening to help with sleep. I tried taking it again recently after being diagnosed and not only did it not help with sleep, my heart rate was elevated. I’m not certain that it was the CBD. I actually thought it might have been related to my cycle but I’ve avoided it ever since.

If it's delta 8 - it's going to spike your heart rate.
It wasn't delta 8, but why does that spike your heart rate?
I once took a TCH edible (by accident) and had a panic attack that had my heart rate at 120 for 3 hours.

Crazy too…I didn’t start having major problems with my heart rate until after that.
