She probably noticed but wanted to keep the party going or assumed it was just Dipper doing things on his own (that ideally wouldn’t ruin the party since she already ask him to be careful about that and trusted him to at least try to behave)
I completely understand how it would freak u out! Earthquakes are NOT normal but I guess after hearing over and over again that the "next big one" was coming and it never actually came, it became desensitizing. In college, I lived in a city just north of Piedmont for a few years and at least 4-6 small to mid sized earthquakes happened during that time and no one was really bothered by it. 😅 (tho honestly I think people we're concerned about graduating more than anything. 🫠✌️)
