I thought “can’t get better than this!” Then I quit drinking and holy shit my life got even better. Bowl movements are normal, my blood work is spectacular, I sleep well almost every night and I’m less irritable. I’m just plain happier.
Sure alcohol is fun, but it isn’t after a certain point and it’s shocking how much it grinds you down.
