Like someone else said, The Acid Lab is the easiest business to get started but it’s really grindy to source supplies. There is a Shipwreck that spawns somewhere on the map everyday for $20k(search YT for daily location ), hit G’s Cache and Rob the Safehouse (they have their own purple map markers) Spin the Casino wheel everyday. You just need enough $$ to buy the absolute best passive income, just show up and collect cash.
The Nightclub.
The NC is very powerful once fully upgraded but even barebones stock-makes $50k every 48 mins, If you keep your popularity full. Which is stupid easy, just enter passive mode when you enter the NC, it’ll trigger a mini mission of throwing out a patron. By being in passive mode, you’ll always trigger the tosser and never have to drive a VIP home very slowly (the alternate mini mission) it’s worth 25% popularity and $10k. Show up every other in game day and it’s an easy $100k.
You do have to have SOME popularity for the mission to trigger. If you have the cash, swap DJ’s a few times, it’ll bump it up enough to have the mini mission trigger and you can max it out from there
Edit: if you swap DJ’s from the storage area computer, you don’t have to watch the cutscene
I might want to add that the Nightclub only gets better as you get more businesses, with the storage room.
Car shop is also a solid option as a first business with the contracts. All of them give roughly equivalents to what the 4-man heists usually do with much less effort.
From there, grinding the 2.2M for the Kosatka or 2M for the cheapest Agency in Little Seoul should be the best route. And after that, the only limit for your bank account is the sky.
id say buy the kosatka right after that but make sure to get the sparrow with it, then with the kosatka and the nightclub you can basically buy whatever you want xd
This is exactly how I’m playing my new account. Came from Xbox one to PS5 and have the acid lab running (Get. It. Upgraded.) and now working on owning a few more businesses just for the NC. Have the cocaine lockup and meth lab, but not even going to start them up until I own the NC.
I’ve seen this method of getting a reliable income in several places now, and fully support it! 👍🏻
Oh and don’t forget the $7007 for the passed out guard, that adds up. 😉
Wow! Didn’t know that either, thx man! I experimented with it a bit and if you just keep leaving the club and go back in the loading bay, I figure you could pocket a lil over half mil a hour. Be a boring hour but easy money and rp.
Try to play in invite lobbies until you get the hang of things.

Don't buy businesses that require a huge amount of effort. When you can get the acid lab and possibly the club. All others require either a lot of money or a lot of time to get going. Others would disagree but I could only narrow it down to two businesses that have really good passive incomes. Don't be a griefer.
The autoshop is maybe also not too bad for starters, the mini-heists are maybe difficult for low levels, but you have access to client jobs and exotic exports. also you can use all the vehicle customizations from the start and don't have to reach a certain level first.
This right here is huge. Had to restart and level locks on car parts is so annoying! I still haven’t went through and done all the stunt jumps again to unlock like 5 extra metallic paints lol also the payouts when it’s auto shop bonus week, OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Do the 3 treasure hunts, do the first and last dose missions, to get the acid lab as your first business, do the stash houses and G's stache everyday, this is always a good start (:

You get enough money from them the first time to pay for Acid Lab conversion, and you have to do 10 Fooligan jobs to unlock the upgrade for production, which more than covers the cost of the upgrade. The sell missions are all a single vehicle for a full load, and it takes 3 to fully recoup your investment cost (2 if you sell in populated lobbies and get the full high demand bonus).
The next businesses to target are the Agency or the Kosatka. Both are about the same initial cost, so it doesn't really matter which you do first. The Kosatka let's you do Cayo Perico heists, which is the single most effective money maker in the game. Can be done solo or with friends, it's a minimum of 1.2 million and can easily be done once a day. The Agency gives you access to the easiest and best money making side job, payphone hits. At 85k a pop for about 5 mins worth of work, they are perfect to sprinkle in between other jobs and heist preps. The main contract for the Agency pays out a million, and the security contracts pay decently while also building the daily safe income.
After you have both of those you should have a pretty steady cash flow. Now it's time to invest in the Nightclub. 50k daily income from the safe is great. It takes a lot of investment to fully upgrade it, but you'll have plenty of cash from your other business to help cover it. You have to buy other businesses to support it. I recommend the Bunker, the Hanger, Coke Lockup, Meth production, and Counterfeit Cash. The last three are biker business so you'll need an MC clubhouse, as well. Don't bother running the MC business themselves, just set them up and never touch them again. The sell missions are the worst and the profits aren't worth it when compared to other businesses in the game.
Once you have a fully upgraded and running Nightclub, coupled with the Kosatka, Agency, and Acid Lab, the GTAO works will be your oyster.
First you have to get money, the easiest way is tk do the 3 scavenger hunt missions, on one you'll have to haunt criminals for Maude, you'll get 10k for each bounty you bring alive, at the end Maude will give you the location for a stone hatchet and you have to kill 25 people with it, best thing you can kill npcs so no worries about other players, once you do that you'll get 250k
The second treasure hunt is the double action revolver, you have to find some clues for it's location, once you find it you'll get the revolver and 250k i also think you'll get a reward for getting a certain amount of headshots with the revolver but I'm not completely sure
The last one and the one i enjoyed the most is the navy revolver, you have to follow messages from the los santos slasher, if you get close to them you'll hear a soft ghostly whisper, after finding hall the messages the slasher will spawn by surprise, once you kill him you'll get 50k and after getting 50 kills with the navy revolver you'll get 200k
That's easy money to get you started
once you have enough you can buy a business that gets you passive income like the nightclub, even if you dont have any mc business if you keep the popularity high you'll get 50k every in-game day, and it tops to 250k, the arcade is similar and all you need to do is to have it fully functional with arcade games and all but the safe limit is 100k
Then you can get the acid lab, all you need to do is play the first doze missions, at the end of that you'll get the acid lab for free, but you do have to upgrade it and that's expensive, once you do it you'll get 350k for every sell mission you do, you also get an extra for selling in full lobbies just make sure you're in a not so chaotic lobby or just sell them in invite only
The kosatka, it cost 2 million plus the sparrow, rockstar nerfed it recently but doing the cayó perico heist still gets you somewhere between 1,3 to 1,5 millions so it's still the best money making method in the game, i do recommend watching tutorials on yt to find a good way to do the heist, TGG is a great channel you should check it out
Once you have one or all these things making money will be a piece of cake
I don't have advice but it's really funny to me you censored your name, the character name doesn't actually mean anything btw, it's just to tell your characters apart.

There’s plenty of ways to make good money without investing too much time / in game money for beginners. Once you have an agency you can make loads of money. As a beginner without any weaponized vehicles or max health it will be pretty tough but still very manageable and you will level up decently fast.
The 3 best money makers currently are:
1. Kosatka submarine for Cayo Heist
2. Nightclub for warehouse and safe income
3. Agency for VIP contract or Security contract / pay phone hit loop.
The reason I would pick agency is because the Cayo heist can only be done once every 2-3 hours due to cool down, and is pretty challenging at low levels. The nightclub is a massive investment if you want to make a lot of money since you need to buy loads of upgrades and need the other businesses. Agency only requires the property to be efficiently doable.
So if I were you I’d grind to get an agency, then use the agency to grind towards an oppressor mark 2. The oppressor will make everything easier for then on.
I would suggest going on YouTube and looking up TGG, he does a lot of videos that show you have to get businesses and how to run them, including multiple Rag to Riches series he updates annually IIRC.
He's actually doing another R2R series now so you can look that up and get tips from him.
But I would say start the First and Last Dose missions ASAP and get the acid lab as that's one of the best ways to make money in the game, especially if you're a beginner
Nice advices for lvl 1, get submarine, get nightclub.  Better start small, there is free bunker, free MC clubhouse, start to play invite only session, nobody kills you, setup bunker, money factory, sell the things, resupply often the clubhouse,THEN buy cocaine and meth labour, or kossatka (but cayo with low level bit challenging). Or just flip your phone up, select Quick join, and join any heist, better when you level up to 15. But the best, get friends and go heists, helps delivery. 
Firstly, do the First and Last Dose missions (the R just under the big lake near the top of the map) as the bonuses will give you enough money for the Acid Lab, unlocked after the first 6. Plus, when you finish the other 5, you get a super fast car, so there's that.
Then, use the Acid Lab, the remaining money and stuff like G's Cache and if you can, complete all Daily Objectives for $30,000 daily. Work your way up to the Nightclub and get a bunch of money from that passively, then buy any of the MC Businesses (except the Document Forgery Office, it doesn't pay that much but it pays a bit) and get money from them, which will also help you with the NC.
After that, get enough money for either the Kosatka or the Agency and start making millions.

Are you a brand new player, or is this a new account? Jump on missions when they pop up, heists too. On the heists, have a mic handy so the experienced players can talk you through what you should be doing. Acid lab missions play through pretty quickly, but there are some really tough fights. Keep stocked on armor. Also, beat up pedestrians to build strength.
i just started up too, i never actually took the time to grind anything out in this game but after taking a break since 2021 it’s not that bad if you do it in invite-only sessions. the only issue is i’m on PS5 and none of my IRL friends have a ps5 so i have absolutely nobody to play with
Don’t make the mistake I did when I started, be patient. I grinded the cayo perico so long the soul was sucked out of my body and I didn’t experience anything but regret from GTA V for the next 6 months
Search on Youtube for GTA Rags to Riches. If you watch through a whole series and follow along, you should end up with a few million $ and some businesses to keep making income.
Start with getting a car off the street. There's lots to choose from. I first started with the Imponte Phoenix and still have it in my garage to this day. Next I'd start by doing missions. Geralds missions are a good place to start.
Get enough money to buy the kosatka from the warstock website (its a submarine which lets you start the cayo perico heist).
You need to buy a casino penthouse first to be able to buy the submarine which sucks, as the penthouse is useless.
By doing cayo perico you get 1.5 million every 2 hours
The heist probably takes 20 min doing setups, then 5-10 min doing the actual heist. Then u gotta wait 2 hours for a cooldown
If you have the extra money, I’d recommend buying the criminal enterprise starter pack. That will get you started with some free businesses and then you can figure out what you do and don’t like. For sure nightclub is good passive income, bunker is probably the most profitable business grind. The free bunker it gives you in Paleto bay sucks tho. Beautiful scenery, but the supply and sell missions sucks from there. BUT, it is a start. Also my other recommendation is to keep your eye posted on this sub for the weekly business bonuses and discounts. That will help you decided what business to grind based on the weekly bonuses. And usually when there is a bonus payout for a business, there is typically also a discount on the properties for that business. That’s a good time to acquire a new business or relocate a current one. You’ll definitely want to invest in a different bunker when the time comes. Good luck man! I've been playing since launch but only been really focusing on the grind the last few years.
My advice? Start off small. Get the daily activities done for a little consistent and easy income. If you have The "Criminal Enterprises" Pack, that will land you a few free businesses to get you going. If not, don't panic.
I found that buying things in DLC order seemed to be the easiest. The prices slowly increase, but so do the money making opportunities.
Or, just grind the jobs that are on double money until you have enough for the Kosatka and then get ready to grind Cayo Perico.
My main method these days is just the nightclub. Once you've got it set and running, it'll make you some nice steady income, plus the passive from keeping Popularity high. Not to mention that selling to Street Dealers now cuts all the delivery jobs time out.

Start submarine. Itll be your own way to self build.
Then all the drugs and their upgrades. Make money doing anything starting with acid, coke, meth, bunker, then cash. Weed and documents kinda suck. Then nightclub to doubledown on those businesses. You can get a business to repo cars somewhere midway there. After coke, id get a nightclub, then upgrade it as you get the drugs, get a terrorbyte, the garage, and the flying bike. Everyone hates it, but no one can deny how helpful it is going from one end of the map to another super conviniently, as well how it just dominates in pve. From then on, its pretty much up to you but when you have all this set up, you can pretty much have whatever you want. Oh and get the up-an-atomizor pretty early. Its a must have tool

Once you have an agency you can make loads of money. As a beginner without any weaponized vehicles or max health it will be pretty tough but still very manageable and you will level up decently fast. The 3 best money makers currently are: 1. Kosatka submarine for Cayo Heist 2. Nightclub for warehouse and safe income 3. Agency for VIP contract or Security contract / pay phone hit loop. The reason I would pick agency is because the Cayo heist can only be done once every 2-3 hours due to cool down, and is pretty challenging at low levels. The nightclub is a massive investment if you want to make a lot of money since you need to buy loads of upgrades and need the other businesses. Agency only requires the property to be efficiently doable. So if I were you I’d grind to get an agency, then use the agency to grind towards an oppressor mark 2. The oppressor will make everything easier for then on.

Make friends with friendly killers
I would suggest going on YouTube and looking up TGG, he does a lot of videos that show you have to get businesses and how to run them, including multiple Rag to Riches series he updates annually IIRC. He's actually doing another R2R series now so you can look that up and get tips from him. But I would say start the First and Last Dose missions ASAP and get the acid lab as that's one of the best ways to make money in the game, especially if you're a beginner
Nice advices for lvl 1, get submarine, get nightclub.  Better start small, there is free bunker, free MC clubhouse, start to play invite only session, nobody kills you, setup bunker, money factory, sell the things, resupply often the clubhouse,THEN buy cocaine and meth labour, or kossatka (but cayo with low level bit challenging). Or just flip your phone up, select Quick join, and join any heist, better when you level up to 15. But the best, get friends and go heists, helps delivery. 
Firstly, do the First and Last Dose missions (the R just under the big lake near the top of the map) as the bonuses will give you enough money for the Acid Lab, unlocked after the first 6. Plus, when you finish the other 5, you get a super fast car, so there's that. Then, use the Acid Lab, the remaining money and stuff like G's Cache and if you can, complete all Daily Objectives for $30,000 daily. Work your way up to the Nightclub and get a bunch of money from that passively, then buy any of the MC Businesses (except the Document Forgery Office, it doesn't pay that much but it pays a bit) and get money from them, which will also help you with the NC. After that, get enough money for either the Kosatka or the Agency and start making millions. Hope this helps!

Are you a brand new player, or is this a new account? Jump on missions when they pop up, heists too. On the heists, have a mic handy so the experienced players can talk you through what you should be doing. Acid lab missions play through pretty quickly, but there are some really tough fights. Keep stocked on armor. Also, beat up pedestrians to build strength.

i just started up too, i never actually took the time to grind anything out in this game but after taking a break since 2021 it’s not that bad if you do it in invite-only sessions. the only issue is i’m on PS5 and none of my IRL friends have a ps5 so i have absolutely nobody to play with
Don’t make the mistake I did when I started, be patient. I grinded the cayo perico so long the soul was sucked out of my body and I didn’t experience anything but regret from GTA V for the next 6 months
Search on Youtube for GTA Rags to Riches. If you watch through a whole series and follow along, you should end up with a few million $ and some businesses to keep making income.

Start with getting a car off the street. There's lots to choose from. I first started with the Imponte Phoenix and still have it in my garage to this day. Next I'd start by doing missions. Geralds missions are a good place to start.

Get enough money to buy the kosatka from the warstock website (its a submarine which lets you start the cayo perico heist). You need to buy a casino penthouse first to be able to buy the submarine which sucks, as the penthouse is useless. By doing cayo perico you get 1.5 million every 2 hours The heist probably takes 20 min doing setups, then 5-10 min doing the actual heist. Then u gotta wait 2 hours for a cooldown

If you have the extra money, I’d recommend buying the criminal enterprise starter pack. That will get you started with some free businesses and then you can figure out what you do and don’t like. For sure nightclub is good passive income, bunker is probably the most profitable business grind. The free bunker it gives you in Paleto bay sucks tho. Beautiful scenery, but the supply and sell missions sucks from there. BUT, it is a start. Also my other recommendation is to keep your eye posted on this sub for the weekly business bonuses and discounts. That will help you decided what business to grind based on the weekly bonuses. And usually when there is a bonus payout for a business, there is typically also a discount on the properties for that business. That’s a good time to acquire a new business or relocate a current one. You’ll definitely want to invest in a different bunker when the time comes. Good luck man! I've been playing since launch but only been really focusing on the grind the last few years. My advice? Start off small. Get the daily activities done for a little consistent and easy income. If you have The "Criminal Enterprises" Pack, that will land you a few free businesses to get you going. If not, don't panic. I found that buying things in DLC order seemed to be the easiest. The prices slowly increase, but so do the money making opportunities. Or, just grind the jobs that are on double money until you have enough for the Kosatka and then get ready to grind Cayo Perico. My main method these days is just the nightclub. Once you've got it set and running, it'll make you some nice steady income, plus the passive from keeping Popularity high. Not to mention that selling to Street Dealers now cuts all the delivery jobs time out. Start submarine. Itll be your own way to self build. Then all the drugs and their upgrades. Make money doing anything starting with acid, coke, meth, bunker, then cash. Weed and documents kinda suck. Then nightclub to doubledown on those businesses. You can get a business to repo cars somewhere midway there. After coke, id get a nightclub, then upgrade it as you get the drugs, get a terrorbyte, the garage, and the flying bike. Everyone hates it, but no one can deny how helpful it is going from one end of the map to another super conviniently, as well how it just dominates in pve. From then on, its pretty much up to you but when you have all this set up, you can pretty much have whatever you want. Oh and get the up-an-atomizor pretty early. Its a must have tool
