badlands, even if you are missing a lot of cards from standard half of them are rotating in a month, besides there are so many cards that give a full dust refund from badlands rn, a lucky golden rare pull can net you 800 dust.
The risk of the standard bundle is you might get legendaries that are rotating in a month from the 2 random legendaries. You might consider waiting to buy a bundle when the new expansion releases in a month, or buying a preorder for that expansion which will likely be announced soon.
If it were me I would probably hold off for a better value. But I think you can do worse than these two, they are both fine if you really want to buy one now.

Don’t get standard. You’ll instantly get 2 legendaries and odds are at least 1 of them will be rotating out in a month. Even if that wasn’t that case I’d still say get the Badlands one as they have mostly decent legendaries.
