Very Heepy imo. That windshield shroud(?) is dumb as shit and probably should be illegal. Things that obstruct view out the windshield in general should be highly illegal imo.

I'd bet money that they wouldn't get a ticket for this anywhere. I don't even know if the cellphone windshield mounts get people ticketed realistically in places where the laws are specifically targeted at those.
