Every team should know better than Dallas. It's the longest win streak in our franchise's history. Every other team in the NHL has had at least 8 before tonight. We only *just* joined the club.
I know this period has been pretty much phoned in by both teams but it's weird to lose a game 5-0 and feel the game has largely been even. If we ignore three minutes of the second.
It doesn’t feel even to me, sure we’ve had more offensive zone time but Dallas is totally in control in their own end. Looks like 4 guys standing on the blue line forcing a dump and chase, and then they crash the corner with both defense men so it’s 3v2 every time.
Lots of shots from the point, but they’re keeping lanes clear and Jake sees em’ all the way in.

Looking it up, they had a schedule for them, and this was their 10th game of the season sporting them and they have one more game to go with them against the Kraken it would appear.

At some point that made me think of current superstars, and how all the ones I can think of are at least reasonably fast or are actually speedy. So, excluding anyone on the tail end of their superstar career--are there any current superstars who are slow a.f.?
Draisaitl is a good answer. I guess because of his incredible positioning and handling I don't think of him as "slow," but clearly he is and his skill more than makes up for his speed.
So...maybe Robo can develop into Drai? :-O
