Most homebridge instances are run headless (without being plugged into a display).
You access the web interface by typing in the ip in your web browser. Usually with port number 8581.
It’s strange that the ip isn’t showing up in your router. That would suggest the pi isn’t connected to your network. If you are confident that it is though, load up terminal on your Mac and type “arp -a”. If it doesn’t show as an option here then sorry… it’s not connected.
You said you set up your lights through the web interface. That’s it. That’s all there is. How did you access that? Did you change the ip to a different subnet while there?
I got the following response on the terminal

I set up a cloud project on the tuya developer to connect with the homebridge UI and Tuya Plugin.
I just read that it the raspberry pi could be ? (192.168.178.185) at (incomplete) on en0 ifscope \[ethernet\]
Maybe?
Compare those against your router’s dhcp table, or check each device to figure out which ip belongs to what device. Then you can narrow it down.
Yes I can, the only thing that I want is to use my light bulbs in homekit without a webinterface running all the time. That’s why I bought a raspberry pi to fix that
True, but when I switch off my MacBook all the light bulbs in homekit won’t response anymore. It is only working when I logged into the homebridge web interface on my MacBook
The point is you have not connected to the web interface on the pi, and you have somehow set up Homebridge on the Mac. You need to disable Homebridge on the Mac, so it stops confusing things, and then focus on getting the Pi running. Figure out the Pi’s ip address, and connect to the Homebridge UI on that. If it’s not online, then you need basic “set up a raspberry pi” help, not Homebridge help.
Sounds like you didn't install Homebridge on RPi as you claimed above
Create backup of your current Homebridge setup, install Homebridge on RPi and restore your backup
Which guides you used for installing Homebridge on your RPi?
Did you take the microsd card out of the Mac and install it in the RaspberryPI after installing PI OS?
Did you them connect to the pi and configure HomeBridge in the pi?
Based on what you've shared so far, it seems like the answer to the second question is no
I think it’s working now. I just connected the ip adress in ‘network setting in homebridge ui on Mac. It works even if the web interface on my Mac is logged out. Thanks!
Note: I can’t find the ipadress on the router of my raspberry so I don’t know if it’s running anyway. Only thing that I have is a MacBook.

Can you access you Homebridge via Web UI and what exactly you want to do?

Exactly, that’s why I’m asking for help because I want it to run on the raspberry which is always running instead of my MacBook
