Ohhh if you want to watch low budget sleaze, get yourself some Andy Milligan movies, Blood was my favorite, but The Ghastly Ones is probably his most well known, they're like Hammer films if Hammer films were made by John Waters trying to emulate Ed Wood.
Torso
Phantasm
Maniac (Original)
Friday the 13th Part II
The Burning
The Prowler
The Evil Dead
Slumber Party Massacre
Basket Case
Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter
Night of the Comet
House
Chopping Mall
Tremors
I recommend Headless Eyes to anyone who will listen. Unfortunately, very few want to listen when it comes to this film. It is a scuzz horror classic from 1971 and you can watch it here: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2zJn9Yp9Oo&t=222s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2zJn9Yp9Oo&t=222s) If you like this one, you've really got it bad.
If you start getting deep into bad movies, I would recommend buying the book 'Nightmare USA' by Stephen Thrower.
Nick Millard
They just restored and released Criminally Insane and Satan's Black Wedding. There's definitely a HG Lewis/Ted V Mikels vibe here that seems like what you're looking for.

Seconding the Andy Milligan recommendation. You should also like Frank Henenlotter and Larry Cohen. If you want truly bad movies (The Cars That Ate Paris is not actually a bad movie though), check out Bruno Mattei.
Some other titles that you could like are Even Dwarfs Started Small (1970, non-horror), Blood Sucking Freaks (1976), Patrick (1978), Black Devil Doll from Hell (1984) and Blood Diner (1987) which is an unofficial sequel to HGL's Blood.
You'll love watching American Horrors. It's a free uncut live tv horror channel that has exactly the movies you're looking for, plus lots of grindhouse movie trailers, music videos, short films from filmmakers from around the world and original programming too. All completely free worldwide on Roku and online at www.americanhorrors.net

Andy Milligan is a great recommendation. Blood is excellent.

Just re-watched phantasm and it was a great time
Honestly one of the more underrated horror films. It’s fantastic
Satanic Panic!
Psycho Goreman
Have you seen the 80’s remake of the blob?
This one never gets talked about enough. It's a great movie. Feels like you'd have to be anti-fun to dislike.
Tubi has loads of these movies
Neon Maniacs Night of the Demons
The Deadly Spawn.
Unwelcome! Some scenes towards the end look like an actual set, which adds to them.
Please watch Phantasm !

Any Troma film will do
