Arduino Nano + solid-state relay. Like [in this tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DumIZ3lkHP4) (this was the first Google result, I've checked it - looks solid) If you want your schedule to be based on the time of day, swap Arduino Nano with ESP32, which has WiFi. Use said WiFi to connect to an NTP server, like time.windows.com, to get current time. If the device is outside of the WiFi coverage, use a cheap GPS receiver. It can not only obtain an exact location from satellites, but also precision time.

Just get a plug in timer switch. Hardware store. You can set intervals of time. If you need more complications then an Arduino as stated by another commenter.

This is correct and easily accomplished. Some are even digital and can connect to wifi nowadays.

to add: they cost \~1$ for the cheapest one. arduino is overpowered for this task.

Bleys69

Get a smart outlet.

Best choice if there is WIFI around

You will need a different controller
