My ENT got me on Verapamil and figured out my H is from my daily routine/vestibularmigraines and once a month r/hemiplegicmigraines
I’m super happy I saw my ENT. Normally your ENT has an audiologist on staff. Mine does.

ENT to rule out any physycal problems.
Audiologist to rule out hearing loss.
Psychiatrist / neurologist they more aware of this condition.
In my case helped a lot.
Do not accept to do mri or presure test or ear pump cleaning) its risky, manual wax cleaning only.
I am very particular about any treatment options for any conditions that have come along so I will definitely been taking this advise and modifying to work with my thought processing.
Audiolologist I'd say. Just **do not** let them do the acoustic reflex test. Normal audogram should be safe.
