Deal.
See, that’s why you start with a high anchor. I’d have done it for a small percentage of what you just offered but by starting high, now I’m rich.
Ahh, would have given you 4 million if you stopped after saying
>Deal.
Unfortunately by continuing your comment you have broken the agreement and are no longer entitled to the $4 million.
The deal is not longer on the table for anyone.
Not sure about that. $1 mil would be great but would go *quick* in my household. And I use reddit for information and research as much as I do entertainment.
Ok let's rethink this then. You have $1mm. Would you pay all of it for access to this premium app called reddit? We could even say it's twice as better than it is now for whatever you use it
Ok let's rethink this then. You have $990k more than you do now. Would you spend all $990k, for premium access to this app called reddit? We can even say it's twice as useful to you as it is now
A good chunk of cash. Probably mid 6 figures at least.
On top of being entertaining, Reddit is also a huge support resource for me. I use it quickly find answers to specific questions and problems I’m trying to figure out while working on whatever I’m doing. There’s a wealth of information on here, and they’re real answers, not just tech support FAQ’s.
I’d be greatly inconvenienced by giving it up.
I’m not necessarily talking about DIY. I’m talking more about “hey, this website says that you need to go through these menus to toggle this feature but it’s not there. Where is it actually?”
And some guy on Reddit knows, because they wrestled with that exact problem 3 years ago.
Small, quick, but very specific tips and tricks about how things actually are working, not just how they’re supposed to.
Uhhh.. i’m probably going to visit reddit by accident purely off habit and lose the money lol
if i am physically unable to use reddit as part of the deal, like 2k.
This was my thought. If I’m just blocked from it then I’ll take anything 4 figures and up. I use it a fair amount but it really wouldn’t be a big deal to me to not use it.
Anything less than $100k and I won't even see any of it before it's all gone to collectors and bills I otherwise have no intention of ever paying so I guess that much.
A few days ago I would have taken $500. A whole lot of redditors were extremely nice to me a couple days ago though. I'd have to up my price to like $1000.
Enough money to make a better reddit.
This time with a functioning search tool.
Coup Functionality (If a sufficient number of users of a sub vote for it, they can remove/replace moderators)
We gotta pay the bills, so ads still to be around. A small, reasonable ad, will be placed next to posts, and not visible from the main feed. Advertisers may pay for what subs they'd like to appear in. Solving the "Content association" issue.
We're bringing back Reddit Gold. Any user with Gold does not see Ads. Every month there will be a Gold target, if enough users purchase Gold, ads are removed for everyone for the month.
Introducing Reddit Verified. Any person who is of significant importance (basically, do you have a Wikipedia page), can apply for Verified status. The price of verified status is equal to 12 months of gold, and last indefinitely.
Paid moderation. Since advertising is now divided by subs, the Moderators of those subs will receive a portion of the ad revenue generated by that sub, split among the moderators.
Like, maybe a couple hundred? It's not that big of a deal, but sometimes I Google things and the only helpful result is a reddit post from a few years ago
I stopped using Reddit all together when they stopped 3rd party apps and I did just fine. But I eventually caved and downloaded the real app. If there was a $ amount I would absolutely go without Reddit and be perfectly fine
At least $200,000
Reddit is where the vast majority of common questions about thousands of topics are asked, you’d genuinely be losing out every time you had to google basically anything. $200,000 is enough money to suffer a life long minor inconvenience
All debt paid off, healthy down payment on a reasonable home, max out the emergency fund for 6 months of bills, go ahead and max out the Roth for the year, give yourself a little fun money and put the rest in savings.
I mean I’d say something insanely high just to see if I could get it, but lowest I would go would have to be 15k or so. It is such a useful place, bypasses corporations and gets straight to the opinion of the general public
Imma need about tree fiddy
There goes that damn lochness monster again
Are you eight stories tall and a crustacean from the plethazoic era.
$3.50 here you go bro.
nooooooo, you cant say tree fiddy before i get here and say it, thats not faiiiiirrrrr
5 million. It would only be a minor inconvenience but if it's an open offer on the table I may as well make it a retireable amount
So 4 million is a no?
Deal. See, that’s why you start with a high anchor. I’d have done it for a small percentage of what you just offered but by starting high, now I’m rich.
That’s what you think. Allow me to show you my 100% off coupon *racks M4*
Ahh, would have given you 4 million if you stopped after saying >Deal. Unfortunately by continuing your comment you have broken the agreement and are no longer entitled to the $4 million. The deal is not longer on the table for anyone.
I suppose I can settle for 4 mil
So 3 million is a no?
3 million is the lowest I can go. I still use reddit to find niche game communities
So 2.5 million is a no?
Correct
people saying numbers in the millions are fucking nuts
redditors saying a number in the millions is a true r/redditmoment
I said $50K before, but I really think $250K is my threshold. The inconvenience of not having it wouldn’t be worth less.
I'm getting really tired of reddit and find my self on here less and less. I'd probably take 10K but a few years ago it would be way higher.
If I'm able to ask for whatever I might just become financially free so that I don't need Reddit for entertainment because I'm also not working
Not sure about that. $1 mil would be great but would go *quick* in my household. And I use reddit for information and research as much as I do entertainment.

At least several million, since this is one of my main sources of entertainment and socialization.
So if I offered you 1 million, you wouldn’t take that? That’s absurd.
Bro I'd do it for like $10,000. Maybe less.
If someone offered me $2,700 right now I'd take the deal.
Yeah I'd take that in a heartbeat, honestly. My bottom dollar is probably like $1,500 honestly.
$14,999.99?
Someone failed math
Same
I’ll take $999,000.
If you offered me $50K I would do it, and I don’t even really need $50K.
How about 40k?
I’d pass
I'm sorry
Bro... There are other websites. So many other websites.
A good chunk of cash. Probably mid 6 figures at least. On top of being entertaining, Reddit is also a huge support resource for me. There’s YouTube videos for almost any DIY.
I’m not necessarily talking about DIY. I’m talking more about “hey, this website says that you need to go through these menus to toggle this feature but it’s not there. Where is it actually?” And some guy on Reddit knows, because they wrestled with that exact problem 3 years ago. This. Also, someone probably will be finding your answer above in about 7 years after searching for reasons unknown.
I bet at least 10% of comments are from bots. In a few years it will be 80%.
One dollar.
I quit reddit about 3 years ago.
😑
Wow, is this your ghost! /s
A healthy social life
Or just healthy mental state in general
I’ll pay you five dollars to keep me offa here
I’d say about 10k. Clear up my student loans for good.
$500. I don’t like coming on here anyway. It’s a waste of time and y’all are toxic.
10 trillions dollars.
100 bucks minimum
Uhhh.. i’m probably going to visit reddit by accident purely off habit and lose the money lol if i am physically unable to use reddit as part of the deal, like 2k.
This was my thought. If I’m just blocked from it then I’ll take anything 4 figures and up. I use it a fair amount but it really wouldn’t be a big deal to me to not use it.
Will you have a way to force me to stop checking it? Can I pay you for that service?
$2100
Anything less than $100k and I won't even see any of it before it's all gone to collectors and bills I otherwise have no intention of ever paying so I guess that much.
$500 a day. Really I'd take $20 per day and blow it on scratch cards.
I'll take $80k a year. Want my cashapp?
Definitely pay off my mortgage.
4(this was supposed to be the answer to another question Abt which stage of chicken wing do you eat, my answer here would be 40g
1k$
Really, not a lot. But if someone asked me and was ready to pay up I'd give a ridiculous answer $10 million please
buy me a pizza?
100000
How much you offering?
The sum of all the amounts suggested by all of these hypotheticals, hypothetically.
$420,069
Nothing. Just a little less spare time.
A few days ago I would have taken $500. A whole lot of redditors were extremely nice to me a couple days ago though. I'd have to up my price to like $1000.
53000
Lol not much to be honest. Some of the ignorance on this bitch makes it pretty easy sometimes
Like a hundred bucks
$100.
3000 dollars after tax
$50,000. Although I’d be willing to negotiate.
$4,000,000
A value meal from Mcds.
You ask how much then, give me as much as possible.
Reddit is kinda useful for me information-wise, but I also blow a lot of time here. Maybe $10k, would suck losing access to all the info here tho.
Someone I care about asking me to.
Not a lot
Not as much as you think
$4947.53
Genuinely. Probably 200k or so? It's tough because i use it constantly
Idk reddit is really useful for Google searching for random niche answers to things. Probably $15,000
I don't know. Maybe $5.00?
How about free healthcare for life and I will do it
$10

I’d take 2 million and be done with it
Like, maybe a couple hundred? It's not that big of a deal, but sometimes I Google things and the only helpful result is a reddit post from a few years ago
Like 20 bucks lol get a life 😂
1,000 shares of RDDT for free
If you made that TikTok, I would say a dollar might do it
Give me $10k and I’ll be out. I have a plan for it all so walking away would be fine with me.
I stopped using Reddit all together when they stopped 3rd party apps and I did just fine. But I eventually caved and downloaded the real app. If there was a $ amount I would absolutely go without Reddit and be perfectly fine
What are you offering
Prolly like 10 bucks
If you could tell me how to delete my account, I’ll pay YOU $20.
$20
I'd take enough money to pay someone to be my assistant and use it for me when I want to plus 1 million
Pay off my house (about 150k) and you got a deal.
Honestly $1000 and I’d do it
A lot! And I’d need a new paycheck since I work here.
3 Mil I do spend more time on Reddit than I'm proud of, but there are better entertainment options when there's a large amount of money involved.
Somewhere between $50 and $50. I'm leaving towards $50, what do you say?
$1
$10
I would like to see how much I could get. Realistically $100. I just recently started using it again so I'm not fully addicted yet.
I'd do it for 1,000
I'd do it for 1,000
at least 10k
A 20 piece and I’m fucking gone dude.
depends on who is asking
$10
1 million. You would be doing me a favor both ways
Not much
Tree Fifty
$100k.
bout tree fiddy
15 million. Tax free.
Mmm considering how often I come here to discuss my interests and get help for games I'm stuck on I'd say a few hundred thousand.
I’d take $5k
$ 3.27
$5.00
$6
How much are you offering?
Honestly $1000. This place a hell hole, but it's gotta be enough to actually make an impact in my life
My starting offer will be…idk 10mil
20 bucks. sorry I need to get off this thing anyway but its been fun lol
165k I'd have no debt
$1000 USD. Reddit passes the time but I know it's brain rot.
At least $200,000 Reddit is where the vast majority of common questions about thousands of topics are asked, you’d genuinely be losing out every time you had to google basically anything. $200,000 is enough money to suffer a life long minor inconvenience All debt paid off, healthy down payment on a reasonable home, max out the emergency fund for 6 months of bills, go ahead and max out the Roth for the year, give yourself a little fun money and put the rest in savings.
850 dollars so I can buy a pc but if that’s not in the equation, 50 bucks
$50k so that I can buy a new car and won't have to use r/cycling anymore.
$500. Paypal me the cash and I'll prove it to you.
Shit, it would be a lot. Ive been on here for about an hour, drinking bourbon and replying to all kinds of posts. lol. Cheers.
Enough to get therapy, medication and a gym membership for the rest of my life.
I mean I’d say something insanely high just to see if I could get it, but lowest I would go would have to be 15k or so. It is such a useful place, bypasses corporations and gets straight to the opinion of the general public
500 thousand dollars. I don't need a million dollars. 500 is a good round number that would set me up for a long while.😁
How much ya got?
like 1k
$100
Four million net.
$10
Free but what you offering?
I would probably stop for 10k. I like Reddit but it ain’t that serious
She gave me the 2$ bill and that was enought for me
Oh look another money related hypothetical
An amount equal to my karma
