Something is not right. If you don't figure it out, let them. My first question was going to be making sure you plugged your monitor into the gpu and not integrated gpu but since you said you had a 2nd monitor connected, I assume that's not it. But feel free to return it and get a different one as well. Don't waste much of your time, and none of your money, on anything beyond this getting 100% resolved asap.

Duserving

Thank you for your reply! As for the monitors, both my monitors for the new PC were working fine until this morning, my 2nd monitor just stopped displaying a picture for some reason. I just wasn’t sure if this PC type is just not a good one or if there is something wrong with the specific PC that I got.

Holiday_Bug9988

It’s definitely the specific pc you got as the specs are solid. Have you made sure all your graphics drivers are up to date?

Duserving

How do I go about doing this? Like I said, I’m not tech savvy at all. I literally know nothing when it comes to PC/IT lol

Holiday_Bug9988

You should have AMD Adrenaline software on your computer. if not, that’s definitely the issue and you need to download it. If you do have it, open it and on the home tab in the top right corner it will tell you if your drivers are up to date or not. If not, just click to download them then restart your computer.

Duserving

Thank you, I will look into this later today after work!

The comments in this thread are likely the issues, or there is a hardware malfunction (which happens time to time when a prebuilt arrives) there should be more than 1 "area" monitors can be plugged in, you want to make sure it's plugged into the video card, not the motherboard. Although considering you're having problems with osrs, this shouldn't be an issue on the integrated graphics (mo-bo) If you're able to figure out how to upgrade the graphics drivers for your video card (likely a "update" button in your app related to your video card) that SHOULD solve the issue, if not its likely just faulty hardware and it should be replaced under warrenty

love2killjoy410

Is it possible your pc is running off the integrated graphics?

Duserving

How can I tell if I am or not?

JRTerrierBestDoggo

Check where you plug the monitor cable. If it’s on the motherboard, it’s running through the integrated graphic

Duserving

Wow I can’t believe it was that easy… I believe this was my issue. Thank you!!!!!

love2killjoy410

Hell yeah! The other commenter said what I meant, lol. I'm glad you got it solved!

Duserving

I will check this later tonight when I get home. Would this issue just fix my monitor issue or could this be related to why the computer is moving slow/can’t play one of my games? Thank you for responding!

dennisjunelee

I swear the iBP PCs have those stickers on the back saying where to plug in the monitors don't they?
