The IBP branded AIOs are well known to have an abysmal failure rate. Hopefully they'll take care of you. If they do offer you a replacement, make sure you get something from a reputable brand and not their in house branded doo-doo.

Your cpu cooler is crapping out most likely, how long have you had the PC? If you’re still in warranty you could RMA it with IBP or you can change it yourself it’s not a hard process, you need about an hour, 90% isopropyl alcohol, a screw driver, zip ties and thermal paste.

Your CPU temps are high and as others have mentioned can be due to a failing cooler that will need to be replaced. DM me when you have a chance to see what I can do for you.

Do you have the crappy water cooler most iBP PCs come with? The pump is probably dead. If you replace that, it'll probably be fine. Personally I'd go with an air cooler but that's up to you.
