I had an issue with the on screen keyboard still popping up whenever I had the combo touch keyboard attached and contacted Logitech support - they said to ‘soft reset’ the iPad which solved a number of issues such. You can do this by pressing the volume down button, then volume up button and then just hold power button until u see Apple logo, this should solve any issues - if not I would return and get a new keyboard unit

I have the exact same problem with the Magic Keyboard trackpad and my Logitech MX3 mouse, and it is driving me crazy. Scrolling directly on the screen works fine for me though. Also, I would like to set up separately the scrolling direction on the trackpad and on my mouse wheel and I can’t find a way to do so… Last but not least, I can’t believe I am not able to set up Next and Previous buttons on my mouse… (to easily navigate on the web and in my files…)

I was having the exact same issues with my M4 iPad Pro 11. I got a Magic Keyboard, but went back to the store to have it replaced because of the two finger scrolling issue. I tried my iPad with the demo keyboards in the store and it was doing the same thing so I just had it replaced with the Logitech Combo Touch. Ever since, I haven't encountered the issue anymore.

Same problem, tried soft reset, did not fix it. Also made sure all apps were updated. It seems to be only certain apps and only the part of the app holding comments or a pop up type field.
