Lol, in otherwords it should.....but offline was a little jittery and recently got worse, there is plans to rebuild it so hopefully a fix IS coming
Yes but they will stop when you have to select a specialization. Once you select the specialization they will start leveling again. Modron cores can automate specialization selection.
