We don't currently have anything to announce as far as when an update will be happening for Trials - BUT, I can tell you that it is currently being worked on and from the conversations I've heard good stuff is happening. We'll let yall know more when we have info to share :)
Instead of releasing new content on wednesdays, how about releasing bug fixes instead. The game gets more unplayable by the week. Network connection issues, dissappearing gui, etc. Every content update brings more problems, with the content update schedule greatly outpacing the bug fix schedule. Most of the discussion on discord now is asking if its normal to have to reset the game 10 times a day.

We do apologies for the recent spree of bugs - we know these ruin enjoyment of the game and that is the last thing we want to happen. The team is working hard on getting these bugs fixed and have grown the QA team to help with finding them and fixing them before they become a problem.
Thanks for the response. On the positive side, some of the new content is awesome and I think the dismantle event was an amazing opportunity for players to rework their champs and give some new life to their game. Those nerfs everyone lost their minds over are barely noticeable now. However it does often feel that the bug release schedule outpaces the bug fix schedule. Will look forward to any fixes and improvements you guys can get to.
Any interest or discussion on allowing the purchase of or crafting from components specific modron pipes in the future?
The pity timer does help getting rarer quality pieces but doesn’t help with having 40 of every turn except for only have 6 up-left handed turns for example.

I'm not sure - I haven't been part of conversations that talk about the change log (other than recently getting it up and running on the discord again). But, I can for sure bring this up to the team and see if mentioning these things in the change log in the future is something we can do.
Why are there so many discrepancies/disparities?
These things aren't high priority they just don't make the game look as polished / give the impression that a lot of care went into displaying certain information/items/etc
For me, it isn't a big deal but it just shows a little more care and professional polish. In the scheme of things, and this is just my opinion, it isn't important but, yeah, the consistency.
e.g.
Potion art direction goes from Small/Med/Large/Huge with the potions angled;
NW/NE/NW/NW so there is a weird break in the art with all Med potions leaning a different direction, but also all speed potions break this pattern and angled NE/NW/NE/NW which is even more jarring
While we are on the topic of potions; they are Small/Med/Large/Huge in increasing rarities, but contracts are Tiny/Small/Medium/Large/Huge.
The rarities/sizes could/should be adjusted to follow the same patterns, perhaps.
I'm not asking for a tiny potion, which would arguably be useless, just a nice name change to add consistency.
On the topic of disparities;
only three champions have their subclasses called out, and why do they not match each other in how they are displayed?
Korth - Fighter (Samurai)
Spurt - Rogue (Inventor) - although Inventor isn't a Rogue subclass...
D'Hani - Kensai Monk
D'Hani should probably be Monk (Way of the Kensai)
there are champions that have their subclasses mentioned in descriptions or just how they operated (Krond is clearly an Eldritch Knight) but they aren't called out.
"Nrakk is a masterful Kensai monk whose kensei weapon Naginata is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield."
So Nrakk is a Kensai Monk who only gets called Monk.
I also noticed in Nrakks description that it says he is a masterful KensAi monk whose kensEi weapons. Another small disparity/mistake.
Capitalisation on Kensei is inconsistent throughout also.

A clarification about spurt, the character when played was just a kobold inventor from one of the books Volo's maybe? So I'm guessing they just picked a class within the structure.

As far as the New Shop goes, nothing to announce yet - but I'm hopeful we'll be rolling out more in the next month :)
I hope the log in issue gets fixed soon. I had to restart twice while logging in first thing today. And both times I had to sit there for 5 min wondering if it would finish or not.

Her base damage is just too low, in most of the formations a support champ in the same column will pick up most of the same buffs and do more damage so you’re better off using no DPS at all.
Do you think there's a world in which we ever get characters from Critical Role? I know they're not set in the DnD universe, but I also know they have close ties to DnD. And they're super cool. LOL

Got a mail from Steam that the purchase succeeded but I didn't have her ingame. So I restarted and now I can't fully login into the game. There is a popup saying 'Calculating Offline Progress' and behind this popup there is another one that I can't read 'cause it's behind the first one.

I have two questions actually:
\- Is there an ETA on the offline progress rewrite? I know this is a major issue for a lot of players, myself included.
\- Is there a reason I can't find the new *redacted future dlc* on Steam? It's showing up in the ingame store, but it won't load a Steam page to buy it. I also can't find it on the store page itself directly in Steam. The other four packs where no issue. If also filled a ticket for this, just fyi
Edit: response from Shawn on my ticket: it's a pack to be released in the future, and was unintentionally being showed in at least my store. It will be take down their for the time being, until it's actual release

I haven't heard anything about an offline progress rewrite, but I do know that is a piece of feedback that players give often. I'll see if I can get a conversation started about it internally.
I'm not completely sure why that would be happening. I'll see if I can talk to the right people about that later today and get that solved - though the support team might beat me to it lol
Suggestion on feats for Briv:
1. Make Wasting Haste also work for 9-skipping Briv, or make a separate feat for that purpose.
2. Make a feat for Briv, which disables jumping completely. As a compensation, it should probably convert skipping percentage into a bonus to healing or damage reduction.
3. Make a feat for Briv, which forces jumping on bosses in freeplay missions. It should fix his compatibility issues with Blooshi and Nova.
Also, add z50 missions in events and z50 and z75 missions in time gates to the list of missions with free jumping. Do you *really* believe there are many people with properly jumping Briv who cannot handle z75 boss?
Probably signifncatly harder to program, but you should just have to actually fight the last ~z100 of uncompleted variants and still be able to Briv skip the early chaff levels.

The slow roll out is a process of taking feedback and fixing bugs on the platforms it currently appears on so that there is an easy roll out for the other platforms. For example the team added a Dark Mode after player feedback, and when do eventually have it - it will start with that option there.
As far as time goes - we absolutely don't want to keep players waiting too long. I don't have a confirmed time, but I'm hoping within the next month it will be available to more players.

I've bolded the problematic words here. I've previously voiced my displeasure regarding the ever widening divide with the game and the various platforms you all now support. Saying that you "hope" this will be available to "more" players in a MONTH while also holding users back from purchasing a hero based on what has become a comedy of errors at this point for this store front makes no sense. Why are you punishing your player base by withholding access to this content while you spend (waste) time on redoing a store front for a game currently crippled with bugs. Yet again, I question this team's priorities and the long term health of the game with these types of decisions.
Are there any plans of reworking old achievements(e.g. Briv's and all those kill 10k enemies) as they seem quite pesky compared to newer ones, which all can be completed more organically.
Furthermore right now when I click on achievements there're four tabs(all, earned, in progress, events) could you maybe split event achievements into separate tabs(earned/in progress) as well

honestly those specific champion achievements probably don't need much rework rather than adjusting/dumping down those numbers a bit.
Not sure how many players or even veterans bother completing them, but you guys sure have some data on that.

Just don't need a random internet Joe to downvote my suggestion, which I think is totally valid if you compare most old champion achievements to recent ones.
Then tells me to properly read the achievement, when I already know how it works.
If I recall right that one self refrences what a PITA it is, I think that was a jovial way of pointing that out, but fair point PC/con players can just leave it running a lot easier the problem is real

Yup, one can easily tell that the game was later ported to mobile, since the whole game economy isn't well suited for it(e.g.. gem shop). There's no way to let gem farm run for 24/7 unless you use an emulator, but at that point why play an inferior version on PC. Not to mention that offline progress isn't working as it is supposed to(we might see a change in the future according to dev insights)

Why do the two shops even have different inventories? Doesn't seem like it'd take much to add these few items to the "old" shop.

There's no way to let gem farm run for 24/7 unless you use an emulator, but at that point why play an inferior version on PC. Hey Trevor, Are you in a position to be able to give us some clues for the Hidden Combinations. Shawn's clue yesterday (that I heard from someone else) was it's lore based - and I know literally nothing about Widdle apart from her in-game bio. And the other code we don't have - we believe is for Trials - but we've not had a single clue about that so can't be sure.
