This.
Bee and Puppycat is one of my favorite shows. Helped me when my life was in shambles due to anxiety. It was something I could put on, watch, and could literally feel my anxiety melt away. I loved absolutely everything about it.
Hilda was the closest show that ever gave me that same feeling. It’s spectacular.
Same! I was going through a rough patch a few years ago and would bawl my eyes out at the jellyfish story song and be comforted by the show afterwards. It's exactly what I needed. Steven Universe was similarly comforting for me at the time.
Ah I absolutely adore Hilda! It's so pretty and has the same sweet vibes. I think I'm going to dig more into Hilda's creators work because you're right, it's spot on
I’d recommend Kipo and The Age of The Wonderbeasts, as well as Dead End Paranormal Park. They’re both on Netflix! The latter is not as cutesy and pastel but the humour and songs reminded me of Steven Universe
I found B&P by reading that someone from Steven Universe (which I adore) had a show on Netflix. See if you can find other shows created by folks who worked on that show. . . maybe the main visual artists?
I’m surprised nobody said Hilda (on Netlifx) yet. Of all the cartoons with a similar aesthetic I think you’ll like it the most!

That's also how I found it! Good call, thanks!
Channel Frederator had the bravest warriors on their YouTube channel
Thank you!
Ernest and Celestine is a cute one, more watercolor-y but still light and dreamy
