Community is great. Starts off fairly tame but gets wild.
If you like Rick and Morty’s serious discussions while there’s chaos going on on screen, Midnight Gospel is going to rock ya.
The League is super funny bro comedy similar to Workaholics.
Brass Eye
The Whitest Kids You Know
The Eric Andre Show
Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job ( all tim heidecker)
Baskets
Nathan For You
East Bound and Down
Vice Principals
Righteous Gemstones
Wilfred (Oz & American)
Pen15
etc.
Broad City is pretty similar to Workaholics. I'd say it's less over the top, and has more ongoing storylines, but a pretty similar feel overall and very funny
You've selected: "fucked up TV comedies about people who get fucked up" -- a fellow person of culture, I see. Some modern essentials:
* Peep Show (2003 - 2015)
* Bojack Horseman (2014 - 2020)
* Horace and Pete (2016)
* Fleabag (2016 - 2019)
* Search Party (2016 - 2022)
* Succession (2018 - 2024)
* The Righteous Gemstones (2019 - )
I think you should leave is sketch based and took me a bit to get into it but you basically just named all my favorite shows so I think it may be for you.
Trailor park boys and east bound and down are good suggestions for something similar to workaholics, with a little bit of its always sunny, and the Mick is a good suggestion for something similar to it's always sunny and Rick and Morty, but not the scifi aspect of Rick and Morty, but rather the fucked up family dynamics, and it stars Dee (Kaitlin Olson). I also recommend community (same guy that made Rick and Morty) and the Drew Carey show (also has Kaitlin Olson for the last 2 seasons, and is kind of a cross between its always sunny and workaholics) and arrested development (fucked up people and fucked up humor). And what we do in the shadows, but that one's iffy. It's good, but it is vampires. And a cartoon called code monkeys. Those last 2 are the least similar to the shows you listed, but they're still a similar kind of humor, and they're great shows. Oh, and one more I just thought of, silicon valley, though I'm not sure the best way to describe it. It's fucked up humor, but a little more intelligent than the average sitcom, though not as intelligent as it wants to be. Oh, and another, mythic quest. It stars rob mcelhenney, and it has rickety cricket, and Charlie day helped create it with rob mcelhenney. It's not as messed up as it's always sunny, but it's still great.
Archer and futureman are also great suggestions. You're the worst is a pretty good suggestion. The league is a good suggestion, but I don't really like it. Though to be fair I haven't given it much of a shot. I should try it again. And one I should have thought of sooner, the good place. It's not the most similar to any of the shows you listed, but it's probably the best show out of everything I suggested. You might also like Seinfeld. I think it's overrated, but it is pretty funny and the characters are assholes. It had a similar foundation as it's always sunny, "no morals/lessons". The characters don't learn and don't improve upon themselves.
South Park
Always Sunny has been referred to as the anti-Friends, Seinfeld on crack, live-action South Park. So stay away from Friends; Seinfeld has a lot of great shit but might be too tame for you; South Park you will probably like.
The Mick Trailer Park Boys Reno 911 Little Demon
Letterkenny
Fleabag
Archer You're the worst
Phrasing!
The League
These are all good answers but this is the best answer
It really is a great pick.
Party Down, Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Peep Show
The Righteous Gemstones Veep
Smiling Friends!! There's a 2nd season reported to come out but we've been waiting ages. It's such a good first season as well. I'd say you'd like it.
not just reported! New episode coming this weekend! I am shaking I need it in my mouth right now
:O that is the BEST NEWS EVER!! Thanks for letting me know!! I can't wait.

Mr. Show and Sifl & Olly were what I watched in the 90's, before I watched your list.
