The one in the photo isn't available in my country :( (the US). Is there a good alternative? Other times I've DIY'd clothes rails it's turned out a bit flimsy. I'd love a way to do this that I would feel very confident the rail isn't going to pull out or break in half.
You can use a standard closet rod and hangers.
In the post linked below they suggested using "grab bars" (used for accessibility in bathrooms for a more elegant look.

that item isn't available in many countries. try MULIG and hang it from the underside of the shelf or the back poles.

We tried to find that rail too and it's also discontinued in Sweden! So we just went to the hardware store and bought pipe holders and a wooden rod.
