The only reason I don't do these things now is that Covid drilled that habit out of me.
Edit: I just love watching tripped out weird movies in mostly-empty theaters while I'm on drugs myself. Like I saw Enter the Void, Melancholia, the Lighthouse, Hereditary and It Follows that way. (Also I like horror movies)
I love a movie theatre that is like 1/4 - 1/3 capacity, you really get a sense of a general audience experience, people aren’t usually too loud and you can almost tell who’s laughing at which jokes or reacting to the twists. I saw EEAAO alone in a small crowd and because of how meta that movie is it almost felt like we were all characters in the movie.
That would've been a fun movie to see alone with strangers.
I remember seeing Get Out with a packed audience and when the villain said "By the way, I would have voted for Obama for a third term if I could," the audience audibly gasped and then laughed. It made me think that was the perfect way to see that movie.
I like going to restaurant by myself, I sit in the back near a window and read and enjoy my meal, I even had people randomly join me, it’s kind of nice
I used to feel awkward about doing solo stuff, but I've moved to a new country on my own so don't really have a choice. It's great though, I went in a solo trip for a week and got to do whatever I wanted.

Sure, they have their own life and things to do and i understand that, but at least tell me whether or not they can go or not. And not just say, "I'll come with you 100% promise" then say "I'm busy but we'll go next week". I'm an understanding person and i have already told them countless times to just be honest and just straight up tell me they're busy, i honestly don't mind. It's so repetitive and annoying that i just stopped inviting them to activities.

My mom was going to school for programming but now she works from home and it's her playstation. Josie and I were living with mom for a yr then we moved out of town.
