Okay, minor critiques, although let me just say this is a very interesting start into a possible Grimdark AltHist.
Editing:
The bottom description is a bit choppy in your description blurb text, please consider removing a few A’s; “A Millions” should just be Millions.
In the following sentence, remove A from before cities.
Remove ‘That’ from before Roam, Roams should just be roam, then put the ‘was’ before once so that it reads “Armies of Fanatics and “New-Feudals” roam around what was once Europe.”
Next the sentence is a bit choppy, consider changing it to, “You would see the bloodiest regime Man has ever known.”
And the following sentence also could use light structure changes. “A regime ruled by a deranged Schizophrenic.”

Dirlewanger Authority:Self-explanitory
Adam's Reich:Ruled by Adam fron Neon Genesis Evangelion,and is dedicated to purging "Sinners" (aka anyone going against the Angels)
Holy Aryan District:Ruled by a mutated Taboritsky-Himmler fusion
Basically in the 70s the Baltic SSR goes dark and an advanced militant group calling themselves the Imperium takes everything between the Urals to the German-Polish border and all the way down to Greece (I think, I’ve had to take a break from writing the book). In the 2000s, they go to war with NATO, take over all of Europe (except the British Isles) and even cause 9/11 (literally only did this so MCR would canonically exist). In 2030 a civil war breaks out in the Imperium and ends in a nuclear exchange by the various factions in the civil war turning Europe into a wasteland. By the time the book takes place, Europe is slowly being resettled and the original plan was that the first half of the book was going to follow a group of soldiers from the Pathfinders Joint Special Forces going through the ruins of Europe and inadvertently (supposedly) mopping up the last of the Imperium’s military. The second half of the book was going to follow the main character as he unravels a global conspiracy and deals with coming home.
During the war in the 2000s, it was revealed that during WW2, SS soldiers had ventured out to the Tunguska Impact Zone and retrieved an alien spaceship which they took back to the Baltics and hid there until they launched their attack on the Soviet Union and it was going to be implied that they were also some form of Christian Unltranationalist Über-Nazis. It was also going to be confirmed that almost their entire population were slaves to the Imperium’s vast war machine and their plans included widespread genocide, world domination, galactic domination, and the extermination of any non-human sapient organisms.
And all that shit? Not even spoilers for the book since it’s more world building than anything.
