This map is fuckin hilarious but also has such a weirdly nice groundedness to it somehow. My jaw dropped when I saw it was the 13 star flag lol. But the real icing on top. The absolute best bit of all of this. Is just the pictures of the other planets with the ghost of America overlayed on top of it.
Especially love the little fun facts and stuff. Like two or three of them almost do as much world building as the rest of the map combined they were real fun to go through and had a great mix of normal information and exposition.

Im inclined to think America and Britian pulled a Oceania in 1899 but since then the Kim family have gotten into an almost "Big Brother" position yet still out of the public eye, secretly pulling all the strings. Managing to make a cult of personality around the so called "Columbia" far greater then even Noth Kotra in OTL. While the state is still a de jure democracy, the people themselves have become full blown fascists not caring about the singular individual and doing everything they can for the glory of "Columbia". Meanwhile the Kim family is basking in riches living in the small and seamingly unimportant state of North Korea, advertising themselves publically as an family of hard earned patriots thanks to their elusive tech company "Columbian Technologies" which only exists to further spread the "Hail Columbia" message, and to smuggle government funds into the hands of the Kim family.
Oh and obviously the existence of South Korea is simply a mirage, Glory to Columbia.
