We actually gathered some great names from the last post, but we're still deciding on the ideal name. Meanwhile, I'm considering letting players choose custom names for the robot. It's a tough decision!
I like Bipps.
Hope, V-1 and L1nk feel too generic and "already heard". Blue is ok but I like that person who suggested (and I vaguely remember being suggested last time too) Red, in a scenario where they picked their own name they picked it based on the scarf or based on whoever was the owner of that scarf/mantle.
Depends on the story/reason, the name could be "just a name" and coincidentally be close to leet talk, or have a reason/be related to the character, or their actions, or their character development, and it can ALWAYS be the complete opposite of what it is/end up being (Like it could be called sysiphus because it was meant for mundane and useless tasks but it end up making something useful and not repetitive or whatever; take poetic liberty).
Just do keep in mind, if your game explodes in popularity and you allow custom names, you will certainly start to have players use names like
>!TIDDIES!<
>!YOURMOM!<
>!MYNIGGA!<
Hey, unrelated but I see you use a pixelated shader or something similar, I also see that you use a perspective camera, aren't the pixels jumping everywhere when you move?
Okay, so I dug a little into your posts, because I was curious to see what your game will look likd, the pixel art is on point and amazing, good job, I'm assuming you are not handling depth perception in your camera movement correct?

Yep, in this video we are using a perspective camera since it's a static shot. But for the actual gameplay we are using an ortho camera!
