I do not think everyone is diagnosed though. OP might be diagnosed. What i am saying is We just tend to self-diagnose many mental illnesses . Bpd and adhd being the most common self diagnosis for xnfps.
I personally dont have bpd but i have some symptoms which makes me think i have it. My therapist said you do not have bpd but might have OCD. 1 year later, i did get diagnosed with ocd.
