It's such a good, well-done scene. I haven't had a panic attack myself (hope I don't have one anytime soon), but from what I've heard from people who have, they did a great job or portraying it. Pixar killed, as (almost) always π
If youβve ever had a TRUE panic attack, I mean the ones that are just completely debilitating for no reason at all, you would see how accurately they portrayed this. Like I took my kids without my husband, and I came home telling him he has to watch the movie now so he can understand what my attacks are like because he doesnβt get them.
Its a really good moment, I loved the anxiety storm that was a awesome visual. And the belief system is probably like my favorite gimmick in this franchise, I like it a lot better than the personality islands and it was used well in this scene particularly
