I think you should read the evidence you’ve linked in your post past the titles. The genetics paper you linked, says very distinctly in the abstract as well as multiple times throughout the paper that Jews have a common vertical genetic continuity. BUT, based on the populations of their diaspora they also share horizontal genetic relationships with the people of those locations. Because of this Jews developed a large variety of PHENOTYPES.
The main point of that paper is trying to discuss the lack of scientific basis for the concept of race. It’s just using Jews as an example.
