I read an article back when he released Fear of the Dawn and Entering Heaven Alive and the story mentioned that Meg had sent Jack a handwritten congratulations.
Meg has attended Jack and Raconteurs shows in Detroit that I have been at. Unless he was lying when he did shout outs to her during the show. I didn't personally see where she was at. Not sure why you would think they weren't still friendly.

I love this so much. I'm getting teary eyed just reading it. I've always loved their work since I was a teenager. Their music helped me understand my complex emotions and made me so happy. They're truly one of the best bands I've ever heard and seen on stage.

I think you don’t give her enough credit. There is no denying the creative force that is Jack and its ability to steamroll over those around him. But she brought a lot more than “helper apprentice” to that relationship and band. Jack was different where they were together. He feeds off the drums, even in today’s bands. Her unique style brought things out of him that he has not had since. Watching him do a set with Daru Jones or Carla Azar yielded wildly different results from each other and from Meg. But it’s not just an object that he is playing against. It’s a musician, making their own choices. He just draws from that energy and layers around it. And on the other side, when he goes off on a musical tangent, it only works if the drummer can quickly shift to accompany him properly. The best of Jack is only possible because of the drummer, Meg included.
And as for the Hall of Fame? I don’t feel that she will be pressured to go. But with enough of the drama in the rear view, I wouldn’t be too surprised if she either showed up or sent in a video package. I would be surprised and delighted if she played. But that’s more of a stretch.
Meg’s not hard to find if you happen to live near her. She’s just living her life and choosing not to engage with the media. Nothing wrong with that.

They played together in the studio (or wherever they happened to set up some microphones to record), working it out as they went. Jack may have done most of the writing, but their entire sound was just as much shaped by her.
If you think Meg White wasn’t an integral part of the White Stripes you are insane. Please see all his other bands as examples, nothing has reached that level and never will.
If the white stripes get introduced I could see it being as part of a Jack White introduction as a whole. In which case I doubt she’d come. I know the white stripes deserve their own thing but I think it would be kinda cool to induct Jack and have everyone from the white stripes, raconteurs, and dead weather there with him.

Meg was just kind of done with it all at the end. I have no clue if Jack and Meg are in contact still, I doubt it.
