Liner notes are what you’re looking for, any time Meg helps with more than just the music it will say so. Passive Manipulation was purely Jack with lyrics and both of them for the music
Jack wrote it. During the process of doing so, he came to realize that the song’s “narrator” was a female. He then asked Meg if she would sing, and the rest is rock history.
Yes, the only separate vocals she had on songs were from This Protector, Rag N Bone, its true that we love one another, and the St Andrews song. In red death at 6:14 she did the Lalalas. (Am i missing any?) The rest she sang on was just as backing vocals.
Meg: I'm shy. I have anxiety issues. I'm quiet. I don't want to be the center of attention.
Jack: I wrote this song for you to sing center stage at festivals.
Jack, all songs were all Jack, unless they were a cover.
Some songs meg contributed to like Little People. But yeah majority are Jack

Its actually pretty wild she only sang two songs. (And of course her cover of after hours was top notch)
She co-sang (if that’s an expression) on a bunch of songs, though, both studio and live.
