Old blues and country basically. An example and one of my favorite songs:

The only piano player I specifically remember him mentioning is James Booker, the New Orleans piano player--he said he wrote Three Women in Booker's style, as a tribute.
Others have mentioned some good ones but i just wanted to chime in with something interesting about his playing style; remember piano is technically a percussion instrument, as is the drums which is his original instrument. So the piano is this interesting territory for him I think that expresses the most of his drum and guitar style. Tho sometimes subconsciously or not i feel like Jack approaches the drums like a guitar and guitar like the drums

I looked James Booker up after reading your comment and ended up playing his music all morning! He’s great, thanks for suggesting him!
A real character, too!

Gotta be some of Dex Romweber’s playing influencing him subconsciously or otherwise
He is on record as saying he was very influenced by Dr. Teeth.
