I've come to realize in life that people who cheat are very overprotective of their partners because the cheater believes since they themselves can (and have) cheat, their partner could potentially do the same. When you cheat, you as the cheater begin to stop trusting your partner for no other reason than your *own* cheating actions. Cheating makes the cheater so paranoid and hyperaware that they constantly believe their partner is cheating on them, even though it's actually the other way around. It all boils down to deflective behaviour, which is what Angelina seems to be displaying here.
