Farmers market on Saturday morning. Rotary Centre for the Arts has free art displays on the walls. Stroll around a garden centre (I like Art Knapps). See the fancy cars at August Motors Showroom. Visit some of the fancy wineries just for the architecture and the local stuff they might sell in the shop. Window shop on Bernard Ave downtown. Kelowna Museum.
Walk up knox mountain or pauls tomb trail. Walk along the mission creek greenway.
Lots of hikes, waterfalls, nature related things that are free.
Hiking and beaches are free
I downloaded the All Trails app & have found some cool places close by that I didn't know existed
Much like most of BC, the free things involve the outdoors.
I'd check out the KVR. Not sure if the bike rentals are setup yet there but you can walk to tunnels and massive bridges if they arent
Walk along the lakefront downtown
