I didn’t know they made these. I’ll try them out if I find them. I did order some hard shells from Mr. Tortilla (1 net carb) and they were fantastic. A little small but it worked out. Not much room for the toppings and such. They’re kinda pricey but I used whatever coupon I had and got free shipping.
I love the Mr.Tortilla hard shells! I have to give them credit for bubble wrapping the crap out of them...none were broken on arrival lol.
I will look for the Old El Paso shells, easier to pick up near by.
I’m definitely going to try these, it’s difficult to find gluten free keto tortillas for tacos and such. I’ll probably break them into small pieces and use as tortilla chips too.
I stopped eating Carbonaut because I felt like it kicked me out of Ketosis. I’ve since switched to Unbun, while still expensive, doesn’t seem to impact ketosis.
I have celiac so gluten makes me really sick
They are a bit smaller than regular shells but the crunch is awesome. I like them a lot. Try to find in the store vs deliver and be gentle as they are brittle.
I'll try them!
Another option is making baked taco bowls in the oven with low-carb soft tortillas.

I use Pam spray and not oil. (Less messy and works great.)
IMHO the whole "Net Carbs" is a scam, most things labeled with the words "net carbs" is ultra processed with things like palm oil, soybean oil, and hidden sugars
No but I am absolutely going to be on the lookout for them, I’ve been waiting for low carb crunchy taco shells for 7 years. 😂
I found them at my Kroger.
I will diligently search my own Kroger this week, thank you!
I know I am so excited!
I've been looking for a low carb gluten free tortilla other than carbonaut for what seems like forever.
This is king shit right here, you’re doing the lord’s work
Found them at our local Walmart. They were so so good. Be sure to heat them in the oven first to get them crispy.

That's my life. Trying to eat low carb and gluten free. Low carb for my Pompe disease. Carbonaut is too expensive

I use lettuce!
I'm going to try these out. Thanks for the info.
Mr Tortilla hard shells are the absolute bomb. As are their zero and 1 g net tortillas and chips. Ive been a customer of their for years.
When did they start making these?
I’ll have to snag some if I see them. I use this brand of low carb shells La Tiara. Very thin but they do the trick
Well I just ordered these on Amazon! Thanks for bringing these to my awareness!

Thanks for posting about these! I will certainly be on the lookout on my next shopping trip.
Why not a cheese shell instead of the processed stuff?
That takes work and it’s definitely not the same.

Palm oil and soybean oil have nothing to do with net carbs and if you read the ingredients there are no “hidden sugars”
Not really. It's mostly fiber.
Proof via research based evidence please.
Ingredients: Corn Bran, Modified Tapioca Starch, Palm Oil, Limed Corn Flour, Soluble Corn Fiber, Xanthan Gum, Yellow Corn Flour, Cellulose Gum, Salt (sodium chloride). I’ll pass
They are so gross, taste like cardboard

Which has nothing to do with being keto.
