By default ⌘ is often mapped to the Windows key, and ⌥ to Alt. Swap these around and macOS should work as per expected, ie ⌘ is the key next to the space bar and ⌥ is one key further away.
Therefore, as long as you don't mind the keys not having the right labels, all keyboards are fine and work with macOS.
