yeah everything is up to date
It looks like your package mirror (lnx-solutions) doesn't have the package. I would choose a different mirror and see if that helps. I've had this happen before as well with mirrors like this one

Alles is goed. Ek het die bug gevind en die lewe is goed. Ek het baie geleer in die afgelope 2 jaar en ek beveel beslis CS50 aan. Dankie.
Which version of Ubuntu are you using?
20.04.4. I reinstalled Ubuntu and went through the following guide and everything is now working: https://cloudlinuxtech.com/how-to-install-python/
run sudo apt update..... This will update the linksthen install " sudo apt install python3-pip "
