This list has been cool to see but it was always just going to have some of the most popular rock albums. Like it’s almost totally predictable. The only surprise is not seeing The Rolling Stones make it yet.

hankmachine

Agreed. Exile on main st. Should be on this list without a doubt.

AWH_music

Of course they are, because they're some of the greatest albums in rock history.

cjbannister

Personally, there are 7 albums there I've never really listened to and some I've never listened to at all. Obviously I know the odd song but I'd have been miles away with my guesses.

hceehoncho-223

Vol. 4 - Black Sabbath

LewMetal

Alice in Chains - Dirt

Sliverithium8989

Yes. Talk about a perfect album and perfect entire discography

BranditoSuave

Came here for this and/or Jar of Flies.

default-dance-9001

Fuck yes

Disastrous-Shower-37

I'm pretty sure this album won round 10 after 24 hours, OP happened to wait for a few days and Nevermind eventually overtook it.

someguy192838

Not that anyone cares, but my top 10 non-LZ would be (in no order) * Pearl Jam “Vs” * Jimi Hendrix “Axis: Bold As Love” * SRV “Couldn’t Stand the Weather” * Rush “A Farewell To Kings” * Rush “Permanent Waves” * Rush “Moving Pictures” * Jimi Hendrix “Electric Ladyland” * Soundgarden “Superunknown” * The Decemberists “The Crane Wife” * Guns N Roses “Appetite For Destruction” Ask me tomorrow and the list could change.

Disastrous-Shower-37

Pretty based list ngl

Second best album behind AHM

HendrixsLaserbean

Very disappointed there’s no dead on this list

C_Noticles

Personally never understood all the love for the grateful dead. Not that I think they're bad or anything and obviously people have different tastes. Just never really hit me that hard as being "fuck, these guys are amazing." Same with pink floyd

YouDownWithTPP

I followed every word, nodding my head in understanding - until that last sentence lol

HendrixsLaserbean

It took a while to get into, but once you do it feels like a privilege man! I didn’t like them at first either

1859

American Beauty is the one Dead album I really gelled with, otherwise they're not my scene. And I'll die on that hill with you regarding Pink Floyd. They have their odd moments of greatness, but by and large they do nothing for me.

C_Noticles

I'll remember to check that one out. Yeah, Pink Floyd... overrated as fuck in my professional opinion. Again, not that I think they're bad. It's actually more the memory of when I first started smokin weed and all the other stoners being like "Man you got to watch Dark Side of the Rainbow! It's fucking amazing!" that ruins them for me

hceehoncho-223

Master of Reality - Black Sabbath

Apprehensive_Idea758

Tpellegrino121

Actung Baby. Yes I know, he’s a pompous dickhead, and it’s very fashionable to hate this group, but this album is amazing

ScipioCoriolanus

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Beatles.

Emotional-Key-653

Let it Bleed

Practical_Estate_325

OK Computer should be high on this list.

Undesirable_11

Nirvana? Seriously? Lol

Prossdog

Say what you will, that album was the voice of the disgruntled 90’s youth. It was perfect for what it was.

petercyril23

It’s a list that can’t truly represent anything you a know?

arctictrav

A lot of us made a conscious decision to strive for diversity, otherwise I'm sure there would be more Pink Floyd records in there, haha.

Velvet Underground and Nico - Velvet Underground and Nico (Andy Warhol banana cover)

AustinTheGreat1

Aftermath- Rolling Stones

jm17lfc

I don’t know exactly what’s being polled here - but glad to see Zep fans interested. I’ll be honest, I hate pop music but Fleetwood Mac nails it and Rumours was wow! It was perfection for them. Other albums on there have amazing songs but that album was ridiculous. The Who with that one deserves recognition from me too.
