Res-Q (6463 and 6473)and X-Treme Team (6572). Those are just some examples, Lego made some bangin sets in the late 90's early 2000

This was such a blast of nostalgia for me--I'd completely forgotten about the Extreme Team! And the Cruiser was sweet too. And all the space stuff
