My wife and I were married this past spring. We got plenty of great rentals through Bryant’s Rent-All. They were super easy to deal with and fairly priced.
I just coordinated my daughter's wedding last year, and I would 100% recommend renting you decor. There are a number of companies around but for 350 dollars we got everything... arch, centerpieces, signs, all the things. You could not make everything we got for that price, nor would you have the time if you work, and the only thing I had at the end was a few sets of the battery operated candles and 100 battery operated votive lights! No trying to sell it all to make your money back. Easy easy, no stress or deadlines!
If you're still looking for a venue, I got married at the Copper Roux through Bayou Bluegrass Catering. The room rental was around $2000, and it included tables/chairs/linens/dinnerware/bourbon barrels along with set up, breakdown, and clean up. The food and beverage was an additional $6000, but it was all worth the money because their Events Manager and staff are incredible.
