Correct me if I’m wrong. This is a metaphor for trans ppl and a scenario where they don’t feel like they fit in. The colorful fruits represent (for example purposes) cis women, who get to show who they truly are inside and out (hence the colors). The kiwi represents a trans woman feeling left out because unlike the cis women, they cannot show their true self because of the outer layer of a masculine form (represented by the brown)
