Honestly Outis is pretty good looking, she can be stern but also caring even if there is the chance she is faking it, and since the term “hag“ might even be fitting as she is a smoke war veteran she aged very well.

Rodya fits that tall older woman aesthetic and of the three boys you mentioned I feel like Heathcliff could be seen as a handsome man who is rough yet has a sweet and tender side, but Gregor would only really be attractive to those who like older guys and unless they see what he looks like in some of his identities Meursault suffers the same treatment that Yi Sang suffers from which is having bland colors.

Ishmael's honestly really interesting in this regard imo because I think she reads as one of the least stable sinners *because* she's also the most 'normal' sinners. Her instability from day one has explicitly been OCD and her canto's a big ol' obsessive spiral. It has a structure that people might actually be familiar with rather than just generic Hollywood psychopathy

Honourable mention goes to Faust cus she's "the main girl", but Don fans are insane
1. Dante(Poster Enby, most unique and iconic design of limbus, easy to make recognizable plushie of, is the mc)
2. Faust (the Angela archetype, limbus poster girl, not too hard to make plushie of, offer fanservice for boys)
3. Don Quixote (the gremlin, most iconic in personality, recognizable and easy to plushified, lots of unique facial expression, might be the most well known sinner even outside of the community by memes)
4. Sinclair (Earliest intense canto, closest to poster boy, have so many ID, easy to do, already have fanservice if in-game, not too hard to plushified or make merchs of)
5. Charon (is the closest thing to a gacha mascot, easy to plushified)
This is all base on how marketable making merchs of them would be. Not just on fanservice as that is not what makes a character marketable outside of niches.

I am not a Don enjoyer (That kind of gremlin get on my nerves, canto 7 will change my mind probably) but she 100% is the most marketable, like a mascot

Faust/Ishmael/Meursault
Faust plushie would go hard, Ishmaels' harpoon would be pretty useful (Don't ask me why) and we all need a french revolver in our life (Plushie included with it)
Ishmael’s harpoons would be useful since we can use it for fishing that’s what you meant and there is definitely no other context where they could be used for :)
Don or Ishmael, easy. Faust is kinda the poster child but her design isn't as striking, Don's schizo design and goofy expression or Ishmael's wild mane of hair contrasting her uniform cause stronger first hand impressions imo.
While obviously Faust and Don take the top, Gregor prob has a good bit of marketability (but it may just be just within the pmoon fandom) with having a strong lasting impression bc of being the first canto focus and when it comes to male sinners people are drawn to the most, it's usually him or sinclair.
for the girls: faust (fits the talented white hair main PMoon girl archetype), DonQ (chaos gremlin, check your HuTaos or Megumins), rodion (big sister types are always popular), Ishmael (most normal personality and has a lot of fanart).
for the boys its a bit harder cause they are all quite specific. Me thinks its Sinclair as he has some of the most Hype IDs, and he is the Shinji Hikari of Limbus with a lot of his book left unexplored (even has his own Kaworu in the form of Demian). Hong Lu is also a candidate due to him being masculine and effeminate to be a bishounen character, similiar to some gacha game husbandos
For girls either Ishmael(for being the most normal) or Don
As for boys I would go for Hong Lu(laid back pretty boy with a sense of humor) or Sinclair (probably a Teen with self-confidance issues has a good #relatable appeal). I would mention Gregor as Daddy who's actually a goof... But some(weak) people may be put off by his bug arm.

I fucking love this hyper energetic justice to a fault girl, she is what I wish I would have in life but knows I won't so I just indulge her happiness.
And as we speak I posses Captain Ishmael after about a month of playing cause i got her randomly on the current Fault banner.
It's Dante, like c'mon, imagine having a Dante alarm clock or Dante plushy, Dante's design is great because it simultaneously looks badass while also looking adorable. Think shallower, it's a cool lady with a katana.
We never really see her strike any poses with it though, it's always in its sheath and on her back which likely limits it's appeal in promo material.
