The section that really caught my eye (besides the stellar animation on the new Faust EGO, like seriously holy shit) is the one part they emphasize where the new Ryoshu uses a defense skill and after the enemy is staggered she proceeds with an attack anyways…
I wonder what that could mean, potentially a really cool gimmick there
I'm betting it's a passive where she attacks if the enemy gets staggered and the defense skill is to just show that she doesn't have any attacks lined up.
Considering you put her in a Tremor team, it's a pretty creative addition. If an ally staggers an enemy she will follow-up with an attack, in a team made to stagger enemies.
That last part is a bit concerning, maybe they'll elaborate more on Dante's Sapling of Light Ability? Maybe from a sinner? Or maybe from a completely new character. Also despite having no colors, Hong Lu's eye has one hmmm.

It’s clear Yurodivy, the socialist revolutionary group from Rodya’s chapter, will be involved. Possibly related to and/or responsible for the central mystery. Because T Corp’s system seems like a blatantly unjust one which they may want to impact.
As far as I can tell based on the lines in the trailer, time is almost like speed. The more you have, the more you can get out of 24 hours. “Because he has so much time, he can afford to condense 40, 50 hours into a single day. And to people with fewer hours in a day….it’ll look as though he’s moving two, three times faster than them.” The condensation of time could be merely something that can be bought using time as a currency, or it could be the foundation of the system itself.
It could be this system grants the rich a substantial amount of power. Allowing them to get more out of their days and therefore further add to their time, but also seem impossibly strong to the poor who can’t near their speed. A rich get richer system. Again, the sort of stuff I wouldn’t be surprised Yurodivy may want to overthrow.
If Limbus is being brought in to put a stop to it, then the Sinners involved may not just detectives, but thugs for the company.
It’s clear Limbus Company is trying to build themselves and their reputation. Which they’ve been doing through the capture, and likely containment and study, of Distortions. Building a connection with T Corp by assisting them may be a part of it. It may also be essential if they want to survive as the next Lob Corp.
Though that’s likely assuming too much, and it definitely won’t be that simple. I just wonder if this chapter will start to raise questions about the morality of the LCB or Limbus Company.
Maybe we were forced to work for them due to the Time Tax mentioned in PV. We might have been caught using Dante's new ability to slow time at Wuthering Heights, which kind of 'cheats' T Corp's system. That must be illegal if time has monetary value.
Nah, we are the detectives. The Yurodivy will be the boss enemies we fight against this time, just like how we get the Rosespanner and Technology Liberation ID. Yep, we are the 'bad guys' this time as well (and please Don, do not break any glass this time or Vergi will spank you real hard).

I figured T Corp just worked like the movie "In Time", where money has been replaced with time, which is used to buy everything, and you can live for as long as you have time (as soon as you time out, you just fall over dead). Unfortunately as capitalism goes, the rich get richer, so you have the upper class that can live for literally millions to billions of years and don't have a care in the world while the poor are literally scraping by the hours or minutes (a particular thing they point out is that the time-rich aren't in a hurry to get anywhere, so the main character, who had basically stolen millions of years was outed by his behavior of running in a hotel parking lot and shoveling food into his mouth quickly)
Combine this with actual time manipulation so you can make people work more than 24 hours in a day

So anyways it looks like Ryoshu and Hong Lu's IDs are based on enemies in the event.
There's a generic Yurodivy enemy dressed like Ryoshu's minus the hat and uses a similar wrench weapon, while there's a Yurodivy guy wearing Hong Lu's outfit complete with the spear thing
The dialogue from Ryoshu implies the Yurodivy are working as phantom thieves, and the guy that Hong Lu's ID is based of of is probably a detective that moonlights as the very phantom thief he's investigating, who just happens to always get away.

For god's sake I hope we fight Time Duck and it doesn't get the same Canto VI abnormalities/Basilisoup treatment. I wanted to fight that abno since I saw it first time because of how abstract it looked.

Early on PM seemed to not take notice of making the sinner balanced in amount of stuff they got. If you look at this, Rodion has 3 00 while Ryoshu was literally still stuck with 1, them trying to fix this is what lead us to that kind of weird drough for specific characters. Hopefully, we are currently at the point where :
Everyone except Don has 4 000, Everyone except Rodion and Heathcliff has 4 00 and Everyone has 6 E.G.Os
Because of that it might get more balanced in who get what at what time.
With that we can somewhat accurately predict the next ID banner including :
Don 000 + Heathcliff or Rodion 00
And then in 2 ID banner we will get
Anyone 000 + Heathcliff or Rodion 00
I'd assume, based on the ID/EGO distribution of this event, we're going to get a 00/000/EGO for the W intervalo. The entire bottom row of sinners lack W corp IDs, so either Heathcliff or Rodya could get the 00 (and we've seen the Rodya W corp in Don's W art). If Rodya does get it... I hope it's good like BL Don, W faust and Hong Lu are uh...not great.
But there could also be banners in between, and in fact there would have to be to satisfy your theory since there's no way Don gets the 000 for the W corp event (Unless the IDs aren't based on the corp.. which would be lame, I want to grow my W corp collection).
So I'd guess:
Don 000 + Heath 00 (Non-seasonal banner)
then
Anyone\* 000 +Rodya 00 (W corp)

I'd assume it wouldn't be Heath since he'd get a 00 the banner before and still needs his seasonal/canto 000 ID. Having his 00 be the first general banner means there would be breathing room till for his 000. I'd /hope/ it wouldn't be Sinclair since he just got the Walpurgis ID and giving him a (presumably) great W corp ID would mean he'd have 4 top tier IDs. However, if they could contrive a way to give use 000 W corp Rodya I'd love that.
Well Ryo was laking a 00 compared to all the other sinners so it’s not surprising that she got a new one but yes, her next ID is most likely gonna be a 000
I also want to point out that Don's last ID is Blade Lineage during anniversary and her last 000 ID was Mid season 3. I honestly hope she doesn't get an ID this season bc I think it be funny if Don fans have to wait 2 seasons for a new ID.
I could also see them doing the same thing for her that they did for Heath; Giving her an extremely late 000 ID in the previous season because she's not going to her her season-specific 000 ID until late in Season 5.
Don will probably be next 000 id(only siner left with 3 000 ids)with rodion 00 id and after her we will see heathcliff caont id, well at least that is my prediction.

The IDs name are called “District 20” Yurodiviye. Which means that there will be different ids and factions of the Yurodiviye as the sorry progress. Each with their own unique mechanics.
Yet there is still no Yurodiviye Rodion!
"Killing time" with the whole T-corp aspect of Time is Money is giving me two vibes:
1: billionaires making ciggars out of hundred dollar bills;

Hoping the district 20 soviets and time duck use charge in some form. Charge is the main gimmick I collect and build around, and I really want to use these snazzy additions. I've mentioned a few times that district 20 stuff could use "Time" as a unique charge (that's already more or less how canto 4 t-corp enemies work)

Ryoshu has three 00s while Rodya has 4, and it's been longer since Hong Lu's gotten a 000 than Rodion has gotten one. Rodion was always unlikely to get a new ID over either of those two. It's bizarre that they went for another EGO instead of a Rodion ID to round out the trio, but Faust was also in need of a new EGO more than Rodya was (and Rodion *just* had an event EGO). It's unfortunate but it's hardly like Rodya's fallen significantly behind the curve, she and Don Quixote are just next up on the list of sinners who are due new IDs.
Eh, i just dont like how Rodya gets shafted every event. She, Greg and arguably Don are the only sinners who still havent got THE ID. You know, the ID what really stands out, what defines team compositions, or just so hype and cool you really WANT to get it, you get me? And here comes event what clearly has Rodya on the forefront, with characters seemingly being from the group she was affiliated with and we get... nothing? Like... why? I dont like this mathematical approach to making new IDs, where only number of 00 and 000 matters and nothing else, not even how good they are. No way anyone would think that ; she was with the Yuro/is connected to them as FUCK, so a 00 Yuro would have been sadge. And while you could argue it should have been her getting the 000, I actually think it will be her "Canto ID" when we get new Chapters after Faust (or Dante...?) 's one and Hong Lu is the only Sinner with Don to NOT have a fourth 000 ID ; so it's fair that he got that one this event, playing around the last EGO he got

I think Rodion does kinda have her own "*the* ID"...it's just somewhat split between an ID and an EGO.

Dieci, to me, is 100% what you're describing. I still consider it to have some of the best and most satisfying animations in the game, and it's still absurdly good. Yes, it can't 100% define Sinking teams on its own, but Rime Shank definitely can.
A lot of other sinners would kill for an ID as absurd as Dieci paired with an EGO as absurd as Rime Shank.
I mean it kind of is, skill 2 rolling 12 and needing a condition (using skill 1 the turn before) to do a cloud cutter is so sad for a 000 id, she's mostly carried by Effervescent Corrosion and a lack of other tremor 000s
However unlike most 000s nowadays, she can use her Skill 3 right away without any demerit and it fuels Charge (which only get consumed if you have 4 Pride resources which you won't have right away unless you're in a Mirror Dungeon in which case EGO gifts that gives Charge are PLENTY).
She also gives a pretty good amount of Tremor Count herself without Effervescent Corrosion (I should know because I don't have Effervescent Corrosion).
Also 12 rolling Skill 2 is fine. Most 00 have that as a Skill 3.
Ring outis literally clash at 14, up to 16 with bleed and can do 4 coins as well. That's a 00. Most 00 with 12 s3 has easy condition for 16 and also 4 coin. Meanwhile rose rod s2 requires an absurd condition just for +1 coin power
Not to mention her tremor app even if you do get 4 coins isn't as good as lccb ish s2 (which also clash higher) that does 16 tremor 4 count. Meanwhile rose rod doesn't really give positive tremor count, s3 consumes both tremor count she creates and s2 will consume the 1 tremor count she creates if you roll 4 coin.
Generally the burst eat count ids are self sufficient you don't really need much count, just need more tremor to ramp pot asap and even in that aspect, lccb ish remains unparalleled even since launch.

It’s clear Limbus Company is trying to build themselves and their reputation. Which they’ve been doing through the capture, and likely containment and study, of Distortions. Building a connection with T Corp by assisting them may be a part of it. It may also be essential if they want to survive as the next Lob Corp. Though that’s likely assuming too much, and it definitely won’t be that simple. I just wonder if this chapter will start to raise questions about the morality of the LCB or Limbus Company.
Maybe we were forced to work for them due to the Time Tax mentioned in PV. We might have been caught using Dante's new ability to slow time at Wuthering Heights, which kind of 'cheats' T Corp's system. That must be illegal if time has monetary value.

I figured T Corp just worked like the movie "In Time", where money has been replaced with time, which is used to buy everything, and you can live for as long as you have time (as soon as you time out, you just fall over dead). There's a generic Yurodivy enemy dressed like Ryoshu's minus the hat and uses a similar wrench weapon, while there's a Yurodivy guy wearing Hong Lu's outfit complete with the spear thing The dialogue from Ryoshu implies the Yurodivy are working as phantom thieves, and the guy that Hong Lu's ID is based of of is probably a detective that moonlights as the very phantom thief he's investigating, who just happens to always get away. I would assume Time duck will get a fight eventually, it seems like every abnormality that has a mirror dungeon event will have a fight so they can update the event to have a third option to get both ego gifts that an abnormality gives.
Reminder that Rodion hasn't gotten a 00 in a year and Ryoshu has gotten 3 in the span of 6-7 months. I'm a fan of all sinners but damn, that's crazy.

(Sinclair has the opposite issues, where he got so many 00 that he didn't get one since 29-06-2023 yet he has as 4 of them too) Meanwhile Rodion : LCCB : 26-02-2023 N Corp : 09-03-2023 Zwei : 13-07-2023 Early on PM seemed to not take notice of making the sinner balanced in amount of stuff they got. If you look at this, Rodion has 3 00 while Ryoshu was literally still stuck with 1, them trying to fix this is what lead us to that kind of weird drough for specific characters. Hopefully, we are currently at the point where : Everyone except Don has 4 000, Everyone except Rodion and Heathcliff has 4 00 and Everyone has 6 E.G.Os Because of that it might get more balanced in who get what at what time. With that we can somewhat accurately predict the next ID banner including : Don 000 + Heathcliff or Rodion 00 And then in 2 ID banner we will get Anyone 000 + Heathcliff or Rodion 00
I'd assume, based on the ID/EGO distribution of this event, we're going to get a 00/000/EGO for the W intervalo. The entire bottom row of sinners lack W corp IDs, so either Heathcliff or Rodya could get the 00 (and we've seen the Rodya W corp in Don's W art). If Rodya does get it... I hope it's good like BL Don, W faust and Hong Lu are uh...not great. But there could also be banners in between, and in fact there would have to be to satisfy your theory since there's no way Don gets the 000 for the W corp event (Unless the IDs aren't based on the corp.. which would be lame, I want to grow my W corp collection). So I'd guess: Don 000 + Heath 00 (Non-seasonal banner) then Anyone\* 000 +Rodya 00 (W corp) \*Anyone among Heathcliff, Ishmael, Sinclair, Outis, Gregor. I'd assume it wouldn't be Heath since he'd get a 00 the banner before and still needs his seasonal/canto 000 ID. Having his 00 be the first general banner means there would be breathing room till for his 000. I'd /hope/ it wouldn't be Sinclair since he just got the Walpurgis ID and giving him a (presumably) great W corp ID would mean he'd have 4 top tier IDs. However, if they could contrive a way to give use 000 W corp Rodya I'd love that.
Well Ryo was laking a 00 compared to all the other sinners so it’s not surprising that she got a new one but yes, her next ID is most likely gonna be a 000
I also want to point out that Don's last ID is Blade Lineage during anniversary and her last 000 ID was Mid season 3. I honestly hope she doesn't get an ID this season bc I think it be funny if Don fans have to wait 2 seasons for a new ID.
I could also see them doing the same thing for her that they did for Heath; Giving her an extremely late 000 ID in the previous season because she's not going to her her season-specific 000 ID until late in Season 5.

Hoping the district 20 soviets and time duck use charge in some form. Charge is the main gimmick I collect and build around, and I really want to use these snazzy additions. I've mentioned a few times that district 20 stuff could use "Time" as a unique charge (that's already more or less how canto 4 t-corp enemies work)

Ryoshu has three 00s while Rodya has 4, and it's been longer since Hong Lu's gotten a 000 than Rodion has gotten one. Rodion was always unlikely to get a new ID over either of those two. It's bizarre that they went for another EGO instead of a Rodion ID to round out the trio, but Faust was also in need of a new EGO more than Rodya was (and Rodion *just* had an event EGO). It's unfortunate but it's hardly like Rodya's fallen significantly behind the curve, she and Don Quixote are just next up on the list of sinners who are due new IDs.

And here comes event what clearly has Rodya on the forefront, with characters seemingly being from the group she was affiliated with and we get... nothing? Like... why? I dont like this mathematical approach to making new IDs, where only number of 00 and 000 matters and nothing else, not even how good they are. Its how we ended with most Rodyas IDs sucking ass and being just 'filler' IDs. She doesnt even have her own Canto ID for god sake

No way anyone would think that ; she was with the Yuro/is connected to them as FUCK, so a 00 Yuro would have been sadge. And while you could argue it should have been her getting the 000, I actually think it will be her "Canto ID" when we get new Chapters after Faust (or Dante...?) 's one and Hong Lu is the only Sinner with Don to NOT have a fourth 000 ID ; so it's fair that he got that one this event, playing around the last EGO he got We will get another Rodya ID soon, but she has good IDs ya know? Maybe more her 000 ones (KK Rodya ain't too trash, but more for MD in UT4) than her 00s, but dw, we will get them. Ryoshu deserved those IDs and it will calm down for her until probably next Season \^w\^
I think Rodion does kinda have her own "*the* ID"...it's just somewhat split between an ID and an EGO. And that's Dieci Rodion, featuring Rime Shank. Dieci, to me, is 100% what you're describing. I still consider it to have some of the best and most satisfying animations in the game, and it's still absurdly good. Yes, it can't 100% define Sinking teams on its own, but Rime Shank definitely can. A lot of other sinners would kill for an ID as absurd as Dieci paired with an EGO as absurd as Rime Shank.

I mean it kind of is, skill 2 rolling 12 and needing a condition (using skill 1 the turn before) to do a cloud cutter is so sad for a 000 id, she's mostly carried by Effervescent Corrosion and a lack of other tremor 000s
However unlike most 000s nowadays, she can use her Skill 3 right away without any demerit and it fuels Charge (which only get consumed if you have 4 Pride resources which you won't have right away unless you're in a Mirror Dungeon in which case EGO gifts that gives Charge are PLENTY). She also gives a pretty good amount of Tremor Count herself without Effervescent Corrosion (I should know because I don't have Effervescent Corrosion). Also 12 rolling Skill 2 is fine. Most 00 have that as a Skill 3.
Ring outis literally clash at 14, up to 16 with bleed and can do 4 coins as well. That's a 00. Most 00 with 12 s3 has easy condition for 16 and also 4 coin. Meanwhile rose rod s2 requires an absurd condition just for +1 coin power Not to mention her tremor app even if you do get 4 coins isn't as good as lccb ish s2 (which also clash higher) that does 16 tremor 4 count. Meanwhile rose rod doesn't really give positive tremor count, s3 consumes both tremor count she creates and s2 will consume the 1 tremor count she creates if you roll 4 coin. Generally the burst eat count ids are self sufficient you don't really need much count, just need more tremor to ramp pot asap and even in that aspect, lccb ish remains unparalleled even since launch.
